Start your mornings with gorgeous sunrises on a variety of outdoor furniture - all four bedrooms have deck access and great 2nd row Gulf views. Two king-size bedrooms reside on the main level, and a bunk bedroom and king bedroom are on the upper level.
When the beach calls, pack your beach bag and enjoy a short, scenic walk through the neighborhood. You'll love being only 1 house away from the neighborhood beach access to sun, sand, and surf! PET POLICY This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
PARKING Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you. Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
LOCAL & LOVING IT We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

We absolutely loved our stay!! Beautiful views and access to the beach, amazing bedrooms that fit our family perfectly. Amazing amenities in the house. Deck could use some repairs - there was some screws/nails sticking out and loose railings that we had to be very careful with our little ones, but overall we would love to come back!

We were very pleased with the house. Beds were super comfortable, everything we needed was available. Beautiful location and very nice neighborhood. We also enjoyed the covered part of the deck and enjoyed many hours outside at the table.
Our only complaint is that the housekeeping staff needs to make sure the look behind the doors in the small part of the bathroom. Dirt piles and a left over wash cloth were found upon our arrival.
Great location right next to the beach with easy access. Some of the property is little weathered but that is to be expected so close to the ocean. Easy check in and check out.
