About this property

Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, dining table, comfy leather couches, king bed and queen bed, pet friendly home. Centrally located in Sioux Falls, SD, minutes from everything Sioux Falls has to offer.

HOUSE RULES:

-Guest must report problems/complaints to host immediately, and provide time-stamped video/photo evidence if requested.
-Please dump trash in trash bin provided outside.
-Dump all food from fridge and cupboards. Please wash all dirty dishes and put away. If left on drying rack clean, this is ok. Extremely dirty home condition will be subject to an extra $100 cleaning fee.
-No smoking of ANY KIND indoors!
-Message host for pet approval. Pet fee of $50/stay and max of 2 pets (Dog only). If you need to leave your pet behind, we do ask for you to put them in a kennel, unattended. Clean up after your pets, indoors and outdoors.
-Only the guest that booked the reservation is allowed to check in.
-We allow early check in and late check out when and if we can accommodate with cleaners. This would be a $50 fee for an early check in or if you need a late check out, this would be a $50 fee as well. Thanks for respecting our cleaners time.

Comfortable clean relaxing stay

Recently stayed at this property while visiting family in Sioux Falls. House was clean and sanitized. Beds were comfortable with nice supply of linens and pillows. Kitchen was well stocked. Property manager was easy to contact and replied quickly to my messages. Location was nice in a quiet residential neighborhood but quick acess to major roads and attractions. Overall a great stay!

Clean and light

The house had everything we needed, it was very clean, the beds were comfortable, great for our long weekend visiting our daughter. Very close to Augustana. The back yard was great for our dog.

Great location, clean.

Great place to visit if just passing through for the night or are staying for a few days. Close to everything and a short drive from some of the main roads around the city. Clean neighborhood and home. Would recommend staying here!
