Welcome to Le Séchoir.
A stone's throw from Sarlat, this outbuilding of a house dating from 1787 has been renovated into independent housing.

You can enjoy:
- a sunny garden level with jacuzzi and sun loungers for all yourself.
- a kitchen-living room
- a shower room with massage jets, shampoo and soap dispenser.
- two independent bedrooms on mezzanines.

The accommodation is fully equipped.
Linen (sheet/towels/tea towels) optional: +30 €/bed.

Put down your suitcases and enjoy this peaceful and very well located place, close to the caves and castles of the Dordogne.

Your accommodation is totally independent.

You have:
2 separate bedrooms on mezzanines:
- 1 double bed 160x200, accessible by a staircase
- 2 single beds (twin), accessible by a miller's ladder (to be reserved for children).
- wall fans in each room.

Your room is on the mezzanine, i.e. under the roof. It doesn't have to be big, but we have cleverly arranged it for your comfort. As a bonus: you can fall asleep while looking at the stars through the skylight...


Outside, you have a private and exclusive access to:
• a private jacuzzi (available from June to September)
• an outdoor picnic table
• sun loungers
• a barbecue (charcoal provided).

In the living room you have:
• A large screen HD TV (102cm)
• A few books

In the equipped kitchen, you will enjoy:
• A large refrigerator
• A microwave oven
• Crockery, cutlery and various utensils
• Wine glasses
• A freezer
• An electric kettle
• A coffee maker (espresso machine) with a few pods for your first alarm clock
• A toaster

The bathroom offers:
• a modern shower with shower gel and massage jets, to relax

The gîte with thick walls, naturally remains cool, but in summer, beyond advising you to keep the windows/shutters ajar during the day to keep cool, we provide you with a powerful mist fan for more comfort.

In 2025 we switched to fibre.

We will be delighted to welcome you to this authentic place, full of history, ideal for exploring the treasures of the Périgord Noir such as SARLAT, LASCAUX, ROCAMADOUR, PADIRAC and all the others....

IMPORTANT:
Booking for 2 people is "2 in the same room", so we will only prepare one of the two rooms.
If you would like 2 separate beds, please let us know.
If you would like 2 separate rooms, please book for 3 people.

Other:
The jacuzzi is entirely and exclusively dedicated to you and accessible from 01/06 to 30/09.
In order to guarantee the good condition of the a deposit of 300€ will be required at the entrance to the premises and returned on the day of your departure.
