Cocoonr Agency invites you to discover Villa Moréa, nestling in a lush green setting just a few minutes from the beaches and shops. This elegant, light-filled 170 m2 villa can sleep up to 8 people, and offers a warm living space, a modern kitchen and a magnificent exterior with a peaceful natural swimming pool. Perfect for a holiday with friends or family, between relaxation and nature.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A large living room with the kitchen opening onto the living/dining room with sofas, large dining table seating 8.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master suite with queen-size bed (160x190), storage space, separate WC and en-suite shower room with shower and washbasin.
- A second separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom with double bed (140 x 190), desk and storage space
- A bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190) and storage space
- Bedroom with double bed (140 x 190), desk and storage space
- Shower room with shower and washbasin
- Separate WC

In the other wing of the house, you'll find an independent suite, accessed via a separate entrance:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC as well as washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside:
- A large terrace entirely facing the natural swimming pool, delicately planted with trees for you to enjoy the long sunny summer days.
Swimming pool open all year round (7 x 4 m).
- A dining table and outdoor equipment to make the most of those lovely summer days.


Neighbourhood
The villa is located 1km from the Pavillon Royal beach, accessible on foot or by bike, 3km from the Côte des Basques in Biarritz and 200m from the supermarket.
Enjoy unique experiences thanks to our various local partners: savour succulent Basque dishes prepared with care by an in-home chef, treat yourself to a spa afternoon and leave your children in the hands of a babysitter, hire electric bikes and ride around the hinterland, surf the most beautiful waves on the coast thanks to personalised surfing lessons.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
