Spacious, quiet and comfortable, our villa welcomes families and friends for a rejuvenating stay in the South. Located on the heights of Bezouce, it offers an unobstructed view of the plain, ideal for enjoying the sun and magnificent sunsets from the terrace.

Between dips in the private pool, meals cooked on the plancha and relaxing moments in the garden, everything you need is here to enjoy your holiday to the full, with family or friends, in a peaceful setting close to the region's most beautiful sites.

🔹 Layout
The house is built on two levels, divided into two completely separate and independent spaces.
The ground floor, reserved exclusively for guests, includes access to the car park, swimming pool, terrace, garden and the entire accommodation. This space is strictly private.
The upper floor, with no internal communication, has independent access, with no passageway or impact on your stay.

🔹 Interior
The accommodation can sleep up to 8 people thanks to 3 bedrooms and a 160 cm sofa bed in the living room:
• one bedroom with a window to the outside
• a second adjoining bedroom with an interior bay window, providing light and openness
• a third bedroom with a more intimate atmosphere, ideal for a peaceful night's sleep

The spacious and bright living room is a comfortable place to gather, with a convivial space and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker) for preparing and sharing meals.

A games/fitness room (mini table football, darts, sports equipment) completes the package for additional relaxation.

🚗 Car: Easy access via the D6086 between Nîmes and Remoulins. Possibility of parking in the property in front of the garages once the beeper has been collected.

🚆 Train: Nîmes Centre station is approximately 15 minutes away. Nîmes Pont du Gard station (TGV) is just 10 minutes away by car, with links to Paris, Lyon, Marseille...

🚖 Taxis / VTC: Easily available from stations or via apps (Uber, Bolt...).

✈️ Plane: Nîmes-Alès-Camargue-Cévennes airport is 25 min away, Montpellier Méditerranée is 50 min away.
