New small, suitable for young couples floor apartment, very modern furnishings. The apartment has an open, fully equipped kitchen with 4 hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher and a dining area. The combined living room and bedroom (futon) has a bedroom and a sitting area. The beautiful bathroom is equipped with sink, shower and toilet. A parking lot on the property is included. The beach access is located just 5 minutes away. Also all the sights and the center are easily reached on foot.
The apartments are located in a quiet location in Zinnowitz upstairs an electrical company (no noise), the town center and its numerous shops, restaurants and cafes are only about 7 minutes. The train station can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. A large children's playground and the Bernsteintherme with large sea water swimming area and a beach sauna are nearby.
