There is a 200 m² terrace and unfenced garden (south-facing).

Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a living/dining room (with a high-quality sofa bed 140x190 cm) and a shower room/WC.

Upstairs/mezzanine: 1 open bedroom (2 single beds 80x200 cm that can be joined together).

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair, 2 adult bicycles, tumble dryer.

Boat trips with the owner are available, and airport transfers are available upon request.

Included: electricity, electric heating, and bed linen (beds made upon arrival). Not included: towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and tourist tax.
