This renovated 142m² family house is located 200m from the sea in the "Gourmalon" district where villas, chalets, chapel and kiosks each tell a story. It has 5 bedrooms, a fenced garden and a 20m² terrace, thus accommodating up to 10 adults and 2 children.
On the ground floor, the fitted kitchen is open to the dining room living room with a fireplace (wood available). It is equipped with an induction hob and all necessary kitchen equipment; fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, electric whisk, potato masher, etc. A room with a floor bed (160 mattress) in a mezzanine with an independent shower and toilet completes this level.
The first floor consists of a double room (a 160 bed) which gives access to a bathroom then a triple room with three single beds and another room with a bunk bed reserved for children and a single bed. An independent toilet completes the floor.
An outbuilding attached to the house offers an independent room (external access) with a shower room and toilet. (Double bed of 140)
