Welcome to Peyzac-le-Moustier, in the heart of the Black Périgord, facing the famous Roque Saint-Christophe, in a charming house typically from the Périgord region, ideal for family or friends holidays. This exceptional 210 m² residence can accommodate up to 12 travellers (10 adults / 2 children) and offers all necessary comfort, with rooms equipped with private bathrooms. Nestled on a closed 1800 m² plot, it features a vast garden, a covered terrace equipped with furniture and a barbecue as well as a large 6x12 m private swimming pool open from 30/06 to 31/08 (the pool is fully enclosed and has an access gate). You will enjoy a peaceful setting, near the prehistoric treasures of the Vézère valley. A moment of relaxation and authenticity in Dordogne awaits you.



Enter through the entrance door and discover a large living room of 75 m² giving access to the garden. The independent kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to cook. For breakfast, you will also find a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule machine. Share your meals around the dining table for 12 people or prefer the terrace on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the living room, comfortably seated on the sofas in front of the television.



The house has six bedrooms, five of which have a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and the last one, for two children, is equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm). Each room has its own private bathroom, a hairdryer and storage spaces. A little extra for the middle bedroom upstairs, which has a small balcony with a lovely view.



A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are at your disposal.
