- 12 minute drive to Lackland AFB & the South Texas Medical Center (VA Hospital)
- 14 mins from SA Airport
- 17 mins to Six Flags, The Pearl & La Cantera
- 19 mins to Sea World & downtown SA River Walk

Conveniently located just off Loop 410 close to Ingram Park Mall, you will be close to nationally recognized venues, restaurants and stores.
The space
The home has a floor plan that invites gathering with a large open dining and living room area with 65" smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals including: refrigerator, range with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker with k-cups or your choice of ground coffee, crock pot, Airfryer, utensils, place settings, and more!

The Master Suite includes a Queen size bed and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, bedroom 3 has a full size bed. Plenty of seating in the living room that features a comfy oversized sofa!

The hall bath includes a tub/shower combo and there is a washer & dryer in the garage stocked with laundry detergent & bleach.

The back yard has a charcoal grill for you to enjoy. Sorry, we do not supply charcoal.

Free WiFi and Smart TVs in the Living Room and in the master bedroom to log into your favorite TV streaming apps!

Our ultra high speed internet, along with the additionally provided computer monitor will enable you to work efficiently so you can get back to enjoying your stay!

Family Entertainment/Game Room:
*Arcade style Head to Head Basketball game
* Playing card table/family game table with seating for up to 4 (more chairs available in garage)
* Board games for endless hours of fun
* Comfortable couch for lounging while watching TV and spending time with family/friends

Other things to note
There is a security alarm system in the house with a door bell security camera in the entryway. The camera is motion activated.

There is enough space to sleep 10 people. Assuming two people sleep on the sofa and two people sleep on the queen sized inflatable mattress (air pump is in the hallway closet).

*Immediate on-site covered 2 car parking available (no looking around for parking)
*Ease of use street parking also available if necessary (there is always ample street parking should you need more than 2 parking spots)
*Excellent caring neighbors ( probably doing yard work, don't be shy - wave and say hello!)
*Please no pets on furniture.
