The curb appeal was horrible! I thought the property was abandoned. Additionally there was a “For Sale” sign posted on the lawn!

We have taken care of the lawn, it is cut every 2 weeks it just happened to have grown fast and the landscaper was delayed but it is great now.

Close to everything we needed. Layout and Interior was perfect for us. Good home base as we were in town for my son’s Air Force graduation. Very convenient drive to downtown. Not walkable and the neighborhood appears to be on the rebound. Convenient and clean.

The fireplace in the master bedroom was super nice. Having fans in all the rooms was great! Everything was clean, neat, and well thought out. The laundry was easy to use, kind of wish my machines had that many options and were that easy. Location was close to all the fun in San Antonio. The host was easy to reach and a pleasure to connect with. Definitely would stay here again if the need arose.

I honestly feel like the photos of this property were taken years ago, possibly when the home was first remodeled, because the current condition looks nothing like what is advertised. The pictures make the home look much nicer and better maintained than it actually is. The property feels very run-down and as though it has not been properly maintained in quite some time.The backyard fence was literally falling down, and my husband had to use a tree stump that was lying in the yard just to help hold it up. The grass in the front yard was extremely overgrown, which made the property feel even more neglected and unwelcoming.I also didn’t feel particularly safe or comfortable with the surrounding neighborhood, although I will take responsibility for not researching the location more thoroughly before booking.Overall, the property was disappointing. It just felt old, deteriorating, and poorly maintained. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I did expect the home to resemble the listing photos and feel welcoming when we arrived. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. I would strongly recommend that the owner update the listing photos to accurately reflect the property’s current condition and address the maintenance issues.

Fantastic Farmhouse

My 10 year old said the house was his dream house! Exactly as advertised inside with all the amenities you could ask for and close to downtown. Would definitely stay again!
