The Grizzly Lodge is snuggled in a woodsy private setting only 5 MINUTES TO BOONE and less than 10 minutes to ASU and Downtown Boone. Easy access, one level living, Wi-Fi, foosball, large deck with pretty view, large living room with electric fireplace and L-shaped roomy couch with chaise lounging sectional. Brand new mattresses, new flooring and interior paint throughout. Washer/dryer. All Three bedrooms with queen beds and a twin bed in the game room. Super clean and super convenient!!!

Cozy house

This is a nice, cozy house that had everything our family needed. We were there for several days in December. The house doesn't have a lot of frills, but it worked well for us!
