The space is bright and airy inside and situated on a quiet private road within walking distance to Gold Park, River Walk, Nash St. Tavern, Village Diner, Hillsborough BBQ, Napoli's Pizza and Whitt's Frozen Custard. Just minutes from Downtown.

Extra Room

We were in town to celebrate our sons 40th and need extra room that was pet friendly. Just looking for a place to sleep in other words. Pleasantly surprised on arrival. The property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Allison communicated very well to make sure we had all the info we needed.

Visiting Family

We had a wonderful visit with our family while in Hillsborough. What helped make it so restful is we had our own space to return to and enjoy the quite.

Lovely little place in a nice quiet area

This little gem is located on a quiet street in a newly revived section of Hillsborough. It is quaint and perfect for two to three people. The kitchen is full size and fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Bring all food items needed as this place did not have a bunch of 'left over' stuff that I often find in many VRBOs. The kitchen is very clean and a nice supply of kitchen towels and cloths are available. There is a nice dining space that comfortably seats 4 people. The bathroom is small but all you need is there. The main bedroom has a comfy bed that is a little on the soft side. It slept well and the curtains over the shades meant that the room was sufficiently dark to get a good night's sleep. The TV is in good working order with a few streaming selections (Netflix, Prime Video) but no local channels. The entire place was very clean and everything was as expected. The check-in was very simple with a keyless entry door. Alison was very responsive and supplied all needed information in a timely manner. This is not a super swanky place but you cannot beat how clean and comfy it is in a cozy neighborhood. I definitely recommend this place.
