Nice home, great location

I came to Chapel Hill because 2 of my son's lost everything they had in a flash flood. This was not a vacation but a stay of necessity. The home is nice and clean.

The home was very clean and the hosts were responsive! We had some minor issues -which were outside of everyone's control and mainly issues due to weather- and they were taken seriously and addressed respectfully. The house itself was located perfectly for our needs and my sister and I had a great time playing basketball on the court!

We had a lovely stay in the Farmhouse in early December. There is room to move around, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. We had several opportunities to communicate with the hosts and they were always quick to respond. The fenced yard is great if you have pets, and there is plenty of parking. We had some difficulty controlling the temperature, but that seemed to be a learning curve issue. I loved sitting in the early morning hours watching Carrboro wake up through the big picture window. You won't regret a stay here.
