Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the "treetop" property. The location is awesome. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners are wonderful, and they were always available to answer questions and even give suggestions on great places to eat in the area. We will definitely be coming back to stay when we are in Chico.

Memory Lane

My husband and I graduated from Chico State and we wanted to come back to visit. The location of this apartment was perfect. We walked everywhere; downtown, Bidwell Park, and the campus. The place was clean and cozy, perfect for us and our dog. It was very private despite being behind the main house. We’ll be back!

Just Perfect

I Went to Chico to spend time with 2 of my kids who are students at the university. Brought my other daughter with me so the 4 of us could spend the weekend together. Our hosts, Jaqueline and Joe, made the trip great with their rental. It was pristine and very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed. The location was great as well. So much better than any of the local hotels.

This One’s a Diamond

This Apartment was wonderful. I was able to enjoy the city and also go out to Bidwell park and hike. Everything is so close. Completely remodeled and has all the creature comforts there are! I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay
