About this property

In the past, it was once customary not only to mark one's property but also to give it a name. This part of Barban was named "Villanovizza." The name still appears on maps and plans of the municipality today, and the new, modern holiday home was named after it. Located at the exit of the small town of Barban, the house sits 260 meters above sea level and offers a magnificent view of the Rasa River valley and the Učka mountain range. After several years of successful rental to returning holiday guests, the owners decided to further improve the house and turn it into a small "villa." The swimming pool (3.5 x 7 m) in the garden completes the offering.

House for 5-6 people: at ground level, approx. 150 m², kitchen, large living room with dining area and air conditioning, lounge with fireplace, two double rooms - one with an extra bed, a single room, bath / toilet, separate toilet, terrace (22 m² ).

Other: volleyball court and small soccer field for children. WiFi internet is available free of charge.

Perfektes Haus, super gelegen

Dieses Ferienhaus ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen! Alles entspricht den Bildern sowie der Beschreibung und wird noch gekrönt durch die Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber. Wenn Ihr Euch vor der Abreise fragt, ob dieses oder jenes in dem Haus vorhanden sein könnte - JA, es wird da sein! Nur ein Tipp und Jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau: Insektenschutzgitter würden für entspanntere Nächte sorgen. Auch die Lage ist super, in 20-30 min ist an der Küste und wunderschönen Buchten. Auch hier helfen die Gastgeber gerne mit guten Tipps weiter. Danke für diesen schönen und unbeschwerten Urlaub!

Traumurlaub in der Villanovizza

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) hatten eine Wunderbare Zeit in Barban in der Villanovizza. Leider gingen die 2 Wochen zu schnell vorbei. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und ist außerdem gepflegt und sauber. Der große Aussenbereich mit großem Pool ist hier auch besonders hervorzuheben. Im Spielezimmer hatten wir sehr viel Spaß beim Billard- und Tischkickerspielen. Mihaela ist eine tolle Vermieterin, die jederzeit für einen ansprechbar ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank.

Wundervoller Ferienhaus mit Pool im Herzen Istriens

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus für Familien für den perfekten Urlaub. Der sehr herzliche Empfang und die Empfehlung bestimmter Ziele in der Umgebung durch Michaela ist besonders zu hervorzuheben. Das Haus ist wunderbar, inklusive vollständig ausgestatteter Küche. Es stehen mehrere liebevoll hergerichtete Sitzbereich zu Verfügung. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über einen Grillbereich. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und lädt mit Sonnenliegen zum Entspannen ein. Durch die zentrale Lage in Istrien konnten alle Größen Städte sowie Strände innerhalb kurzer Fahrzeiten erreicht werden. Alles in allem waren wir sehr sehr glücklich mit unserer Auswahl und bedanken uns sehr bei Michaela. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Einfach Spitze

Das Objekt ist unbeschreiblich toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Beschreibung entspricht exakt der Ausstattung. Kommunikation im Vorfeld ist sehr gut und freundlich. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, es gab Kuchen und Kaffee.. Unsere Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch, nett und immer für Fragen und Probleme offen und sehr hilfsbereit. Also klare Empfehlung unsererseits... Die Lage des Objektes ist zwar etwas im Hinterland und am Rande von Barban, aber alles ist gut erreichbar in der Umgebung, wie Pula, Rovinj, Porec usw... Der Ort selber hat einen kleinen Supermarkt, einen Geldautomaten, Restaurants und eine Tankstelle, also alles was man so braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es passen sollte. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Danke für die schönen Tage.

Familienurlaub

Wir reihen uns in die positiven Feedbacks mit ein,denn das Haus und die Einrichtung waren besser als in der Beschreibung-wir waren wirklich überrascht! Auch die Vermieterin ist unglaublich herzlich.Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und sie hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und zwischendurch eine Aufmerksamkeit für die Kinder dabei! Leider ist das Haus für unseren Reisezeitraum im nächsten Jahr schon belegt,sonst wären wir wiedergekommen!!!

Barban.. sehr schön!!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen (mit Kaffe und Kuchen) geheißen. Das Haus und die Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Privatsphäre wird sehr geachtet, trotzdem sind die Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍🏼🤩

Traumhafter Urlaub, der keine Wünsche offen ließ

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen Urlaub bei tollem Wetter in dieser Traumunterkunft. Das Haus und der riesige Garten sind top gepflegt! Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig gastfreundlich und herzlich und helfen bei allen Fragen weiter. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, ob in der Küche von Toaster bis Eierkocher, außen mit Trampolin, Schaukel, Tischtennis, Billard bis zum Mega tollen Pool mit aufblasbaren Schwimmutensilien. Auch für Kleinkinder/Babys ist von Hochstuhl und Babywanne, Bettchen selbst Töpfchen, hocker und Geschirr vorhanden. Ob Rabac oder Rovinje - alles ist in 20-30 Minuten zu erreichen. Pizzeria Sara unbedingt testen im Ort- lecker!!!! Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte mal hier und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Super schönes Haus mit tollem Außenbereich

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders der Außenbereich des Hauses bietet viel Platz und vielfältige Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung (Schwimmen im Pool, Billiard, Tischtennis, Volleyball, Kicker…). Wir haben dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Große Empfehlung!

Traumurlaub!!

Überaus herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir wurden mit Gebäck und leckerem Obst verwöhnt. Sauberes, gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Pool und wunderschönem Garten. Bestens ausgestattet Küche. Es fehlt nichts und der Urlaub war perfekt!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

erholsame Tage in Istrien

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im August 2019 sehr genossen. Das Haus hat viel Platz, ist ausgezeichnet ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch die Ausstattung rund ums Haus war genial. Großer Garten, Spielecke mit Trampolin und Schaukel, Grillecke, überdachte Sitzecke, Spielzimmer mit Tischkicker und Billiard und natürlich der für Abkühlung stets willkommene Pool runden das Bild ab. In Barban selbst findet man alles erforderliche: einen gut sortierten kleinen Supermarkt, Geldautomaten, Tankstelle und eine vorzügliche Pizzaria. Außerdem wurden wir von Mihaela, der Vermieterin, herzlich begrüßt und wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an pudelwohl. Für uns war es ein absolut gelungener Urlaub.

Perfect!

First of all: Istria is real fun and has it all: beaches, sea, nice little hilltop towns... Adventure and sports... So an ideal location for a holiday! Barban is a perfect location to visit middle and south Istria. But also the hilltop villages in the North and Umag/Novigrad are within an hours drive. We even went to Plitvice (3,5 hours) and Trieste (2 hours). Mihaela is the perfect host. Probably one of the best if not the best one we have had on all of our travels. She is very easy going, speaks (among others) Italian and English, and is a very interesting person to top it all off. We have a nice chat on our last day, that made our understanding of the region a bit better, and encouraged us to learn more about the recent history. The house itself is marvelous. Very spacious, plenty of places to sit (and eat) outside), airco in the living room, and a very fun pool that always has some shadow around it. A ping pong table. And for those rainy days, there is what we called the mancave featuring a pool table and a tabletop soccer. Comes highly recommended!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit vielen gemütlichen Plätzen

Wir verbrachten hier einen entspannten Urlaub in ländlicher Gegend und konnten uns rundum gut erholen. Die Vermieterin ist supernett und sehr zuverlässig und ließ keine Frage offen. Das Haus ist top sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool machte unseren Kindern viel Spaß, und auch der Garten mit angrenzendem privatem Fußballplatz lud zum Spielen ein. Man kann sich hier wunderbar erholen, aber auch Kontakt zu den Einheimischen finden. Der kleine Ort Barban bietet alles was man braucht: Bank, kleine Restaurant ( Pizza usw. sehr lecker), Post, Minimarkt, Bar, Post... Zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zu den Stränden ist es mit dem Auto zwar etwas länger, allerdings findet man wunderschöne Buchten außerhalb der Massentouristenzentren, wenn man gewillt ist etwas Fahrtzeit in Kauf zu nehmen. Also jederzeit wieder, wenn wir hier Urlaub machen. 😃

Gorgeous villa with large garden, very nice pool and very well equipped.

This villa is definitely one of the nicest we have rented for our holidays. There are lots of things to do for the children, for example, there is a trampoline, a table tennis table and, last but not least, the swimming pool (very refreshing during the few very hot days we had!). The house is located at the edge of the village. The local supermarket is within walking distance (600m) and will be able to supply you with most of your daily needs. If you want to eat out: the pizzeria is opposite to the supermarket. The owners are very friendly, live close by and are always willing to help in case you have any questions. If we ever return to Istria again, we would not hesitate to book this villa again!
