Welcome to The Blue Pearl PCB, a completely remodeled two-story townhome-style villa in the heart of Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. Skip the "eternal beach lifts" and high-rise crowds—here, you can park right at your front door and be on the sand in minutes.

🛌The Space
Our 1,500 sq. ft. villa is designed for families who want space to breathe. With 3 full bathrooms (a rare find!), getting everyone ready for dinner after a day at the beach is a breeze.

Living & Dining: Relax on an oversized sectional (queen sleeper) in front of a massive Smart TV. The open-concept kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a farmhouse sink, Nespresso/Keurig station, and a social island for meal prep.

Primary Suite: Features a queen bed, an en suite bathroom, and a dedicated toddler/child bed.

Guest Suite: Two twin beds with its own private en suite bathroom.

Extra Bath: A third full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower is located on the main floor.

😎Outdoor Living
Enjoy the Florida breeze on two oversized balconies. We’ve even provided a cornhole set for some family competition overlooking the resort views!

Travelling with little ones? We’ve got you covered. A Pack ‘n Play and Graco Highchair are available upon request—just let us know before check-in!

Notes: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card in his/her name on which a $300 damage deposit will be held ($500 at Spring break Mar 1-Apr 15). First and surnames plus ages of all occupants are required and our max occupancy (6 adults + 1 toddler) is strictly enforced. Booking includes the resort's fee and one vehicle. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.

This villa is conveniently located to the Conference/Event Center and close to the bridge to walk over to the beach! On top of that, there were so many wonderful amenities in the villa. Everything was great one bad thing we rented chair and umbrella at the beach. Those guys were very rude kinda argued with them about closing are umbrella for no reason. Rental was only from 9 to 5 which accommodates them. Which is kinda weird we are on vacation at the beach they are in a hurry to get home I guess. Doesn’t match…Just wanted to mention that but everything else was great. Thanks

Home away from Home

My family has stayed in this condo half a dozen times and we just love it. I am very picky and it is always clean, well-stocked and in great condition. We love having the pond with the turtles for my nephew to feed. The condo feels secluded but is so close to great restaurants and Walmart. There is bowling and an arcade across the street, ice cream shop and sushi. The tram is convenient to take you across the little bridge to the beach. Nice resort style pool, store and restaurant. We will be back :)

My family and I absolutely loved staying at The Blue Pearl! It was so clean and organized. The owners put a lot of work into providing resources and information for visitors. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, and the resort had so much to offer our family. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was very responsive. Villa 310 was beautiful and well taken care of. There were all kinds of extra supplies if you forgot something. There’s a trams easy access they literally drop us off at the door. Also there’s a bridge to walk to the pool or beach access which is not a far walk. There is a shopping center across the street nearly walking distant cc pizza and Subways other restaurants too. I will definitely be using this Villa again is close to every thing we needed. I had the best vacation ever. The only downside was I had 2 car pass and my sister came and visited it was 100 dollars for her to park there so she park across the street and I picked her up. Other than that it was a amazing experience and beautiful villa with easy access to the beach and pool. Loved it. I visited on June 2026

Welcome to The Blue Pearl PCB. We are Ray and Teri, currently living in New Hampshire when we are not enjoying our second home The Blue Pearl PCB.

We were newcomers to Panama City Beach when we visited for the first time in November 2019, but we love beaches and have visited surfing spots in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Eleuthera, and Barbados. We chose PCB to be closer to our southern relatives. We are not fond of high rises and found a rare townhome villa at Edgewater to be ideal for our second home. We love the resort amenities in a quiet home-like atmosphere with unlimited walking on a beautiful beach. We bought villa 310 in March 2020 and completely gutted the unit to do a full remodel, and COVID made that unexpectedly challenging, resulting in a nearly yearlong renovation. But at last, it was completed, and we are thrilled with the outcome and happy to share it with you, friends, and family.

Our aim is to create a space as comfortable as home and one of the best vacation rentals you will experience. As our special guests, please relax and enjoy our townhome while making special memories as you visit PCB.
