This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. The following are available for use: children's playground, terrace and garden furniture. +++ There is no communal barbecue area, and the complex does not provide barbecues or grill grates. You may use your own gas or charcoal barbecue; electric barbecues are prohibited.

Use must comply fully with safety regulations. Barbecues and grill grates must be kept away from verandas, vegetation and combustible materials. After use, embers and ash must be completely extinguished and safely disposed of.

Use is at the guest’s own responsibility, and the guest is liable for damage caused by improper or negligent use. +++.

Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 29 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at sitting area and dinette. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Kitchenette in the living room with gas stove (4 burners) and refrigerator (freezer). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children.

Holiday resort
National category 4 stars, reception, 2 restaurants, pizzeria, lounge, children’s playroom, supermarket and launderette. If you would like to take a pleasurable break, various gastronomic options are available. The restaurant with panoramic terrace and lake view welcomes you for lunch and dinner in a pleasant, atmospheric setting.

The pizzeria offers a wide selection of pizzas. Thanks to the takeaway service, you can enjoy your favourite dishes directly in your accommodation.

A bar and an ice-cream parlour complete the offer for a daytime break or an aperitif at sunset.

For a pleasant stay, a supermarket with bazaar and a paid laundry service are available to help you with your everyday holiday needs.

Two Wi-Fi networks are available for internet access. The Wi-Fi Eden network is free of charge and mainly accessible in the communal areas; however, coverage is not guaranteed across the entire campsite nor in the accommodation units.

In addition, the paid EDEN network is available, access to which you can conveniently purchase online.

The complex is situated on a hill and extends over a very large area. Despite numerous routers, signal quality and coverage may vary depending on the area. Natural elements such as vegetation and trees can also affect the connection. Therefore, uniform Wi-Fi coverage in all areas of the campsite cannot be guaranteed.

Location
San Felice del Benaco. The mobile home is located on a campsite, on a garden plot. In the midst of the nature of San Felice del Benaco, the campsite is situated on a hill. The different areas of the campsite are arranged on various levels. The holiday village welcomes its guests just a few steps from a grass and pebble beach and offers an enchanting view of the Bay of Salò and Monte Baldo – for a unique and unforgettable stay.

Just a few metres from the holiday village is also the port of Portese. From there you can take a boat to reach various places on Lake Garda.

The mobile homes are located in a terraced area of the campsite. The complex extends over hilly, uneven terrain; on the way to the accommodation there are uphill and downhill sections. Please take this particular feature into account, especially when using pushchairs, trolleys or other mobility aids. Parking space (for 1 car) on the property. Each accommodation has a single parking space for one standard-sized vehicle. Vans, small motorhomes and oversized vehicles are not suitable for the allocated parking space. Depending on availability, a daily surcharge may be applied for a space on a pitch; otherwise, these vehicles must be parked outside.

A second car is only permitted with approval prior to arrival and upon payment of a surcharge. In the event of violations of the house rules, a penalty fee may be charged.

A dedicated charging station for electric cars is available on the campsite. However, it is forbidden to use the sockets in the mobile homes to charge electric vehicles, e-bike batteries, devices with lithium batteries or other external electrical devices.

The accommodation has limited electrical capacity; improper use may lead to overloads or power cuts. Any damage resulting from failure to comply with the rules shall be borne by the person responsible.

For safety reasons, the main gate is closed from 23:00 to 7:00 and will only be opened in an emergency. Pedestrian access remains available around the clock.

If you arrive after 23:00, a free car park is available about 200 metres from the campsite on the right-hand side, which can be used from 20:00 to 8:00.

Special
Air conditioning. The air conditioning is not included in the price and costs € 1.00 per kWh.

To use it, you must collect a ClimaCard from the main reception and leave a cash deposit of € 20.00, which will be refunded when the card is returned. The card can be topped up as needed during your stay.

In the mobile home there is an energy box into which you insert the ClimaCard. After activating the system, you can operate the air conditioning using the remote control available in the accommodation.

The credit will be deducted according to actual consumption. Any remaining balance is non-refundable; therefore it is advisable to top up the card gradually. Cot and highchair.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Children’s pool. Two swimming pools are available for relaxation and fun: one in the lower area and one in the upper area of the campsite. The little ones can enjoy themselves in a children’s pool, while adults can use the areas equipped with sun umbrellas and loungers, subject to availability.

The swimming pool in the lower area is open throughout the entire season, while the one in the upper area is available from May until mid-September.

Operation of the splash park and the slides is not guaranteed in the low season: it may be suspended depending on weather conditions and visitor numbers. In the mid and high season, they operate at specific times of day, in compliance with the quiet hours from 12:00 to 15:30.

Swimming caps are compulsory in all swimming pools. Children must always be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians in the pool area and are solely their responsibility. Management accepts no liability whatsoever.

Leisure
In the complex: tennis (1 court). Animation for children. The village has been designed to offer relaxation and fun for guests of all ages. Children can play freely on the outdoor playground and in the covered playroom, while families can enjoy moments together in the TV room. For sports enthusiasts, a tennis court is available for a fee. The mini club for children aged 2 to 10 is open for two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon and offers creative activities and manual games to make every day special (please note that there is no evening baby dance). The holiday village does not offer evening entertainment, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for guests looking to unwind.
