Unit 1020, is a beautiful 5 bedrooms and 3 baths home that sleeps up to 12 guests, which is within 1 minute walk to the beach. The house provides spacious balcony on the first and second floor to offer you a place to relax. The first floor offers an open living room, full bathroom, dining area, and kitchen perfect for family gathering. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator. Newly built dining table to seat 8-10 people. The living room has a brand-new LG 50-inch smart TV attached with a sound bar for your entertainment. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. The second floor has 4 bedrooms with TV in each room and two full baths . There is also an outdoor shower for you and your family to wash up after a long and fun day at the beach. Include12 bath towels, 3 hand towels, 12 wash cloths, pillows, and quilts for the entire stay.

Ocean Lakes is a gated campground with 24-hour securities along with multiple amenities to offer you and your family. Amenities includes a large water park free of access, kids splash zone, miniature golf, indoor/outdoor pool, arcade, basketball and volleyball courts, cornhole court, recreation center, general store, and café. There are also several small lakes within the campground for fishing.

There is a $15 per car per day entrances fee per Ocean Lakes policy. There is also an overflow parking lot for additional vehicles. The property is self-check in with smart lock. The primary mode of transportation within the campground is by golf cart. Golf cart can be rented within the campground with restrictions apply.

Very clean and close to the beach

What I loved about the property: *Very clean and comfy linens/bedding and bath towels and hand towels provided *Short walk to the beach *Host was very responsive to messages and hospitable *Kitchen was stocked with coffee Kcups, cream, sugar, paper towels, dish soap, new sponge for dish washing and little extras that you would normally need to bring from home *Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of toilet paper, hand soap and make up wipes *Perfect layout and spacious for our family and friends Somethings you should know before you go: *Flat sheets are not included in linens provided nor are wash cloths *The porch is covered but the ceiling/deck above is not enclosed so if it’s raining you cannot sit on the covered porch and chairs get wet and hold rusty water Overall this property is very lovely and we had an awesome Halloweekend with family and friends!

Perfect vacation with kids!

This house was such a nice surprise. The pictures actually do not do it justice. It was plenty roomie enough for our multi-family vacation for 12. Very short stroll to the beach. But if you have kids that probably won’t matter because the water park will be such a hit. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text from the property owner the first night after the power went out to all of Myrtle. No regrets. It will be difficult for us to find another place to measure up to this one for future vacations. I would highly recommend doing grocery shopping off site though as the Sandy Mart is very pricey.

Perfect Beach Home

I can honestly say this is the best beach rental we have ever had! The owner is friendly, fabulous, and incredibly helpful…always available to help and answer questions. The home is gorgeous - inside and out - and immaculately clean! There are so many added touches to each room and it’s obvious so much thought went into making sure guests were comfortable and felt at home. There was plenty of room for everyone! The beds are made upon arrival and there are plenty of towels in each bathroom. The parking was perfect for all 4 of our cars and 3 golf carts! We only wish we could have stayed longer. It was absolutely perfect.
