Immersed in the Umbrian countryside, bordering the Lazio region to the south and the Tuscia hills to the northwest, this typical country house is located within a vast agricultural farm of San Vito di Narni, which takes its name from the village 500m away. Only 15 km runs the A1 highway, through which you can reach in a short time the most beautiful places of Lazio and Umbria. Rome can be reached in just one hour by car. For guests who prefer not to use their car, there is a train station in Orte Scalo (18 km) with many train connections in all directions (Rome, Orvieto, Florence). In the immediate vicinity is Narni (about 15 km), which awaits you with its abbeys and medieval buildings. Outside the main building there is a working antique oven, a brick barbecue and a large terrace for relaxing moments and enjoying the panorama. The decor is rustic, suitable for those seeking peace and tranquility.

Amazing view

Property in a location with stunning view over the Tibern valley. Very small village which turned out to have an amazing restaurant serving 1st class food. The house and pool with view to die for. However the house were not well cleaned. We payed €130 for cleaning… €30 would have been more appropriate. We like to make food by ourselves but the appliances in the kitchen were like “random bits and pieces” - we had to buy some stuff to make it work. The caretaker were very friendly and sorted some issues quickly. Would I go there again? For the view yes, for the cleanliness no.

Rustikales Anwesen in sehr schöner Lage

Schönes authentisches Anwesen in abgeschiedener Lage. Der Hausverwalter wohnt ca. 100 m entfernt und steht für Fragen gern zur Verfügung. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit separatem Bad ausgestattet. Das Gebäude und die Einrichtung sind sehr rustikal und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was dem ganzen aber auch ein bisschen Charme gibt. Sehr positiv ist der fantastische Blick ins Tal, den man von der Terrasse genießen kann. Der Pool ist in Ordnung und wurde vom Verwalter täglich kontrolliert. Sehr schön ist der am Haus verbaute Pizzaofen mit dem wir uns einen schönen italienischen Pizzaabend gemacht haben. Auf dem Gelände laufen mehrere Hund vom Hausverwalter herum, die uns aber in Ruhe gelassen haben.
