Dringend aan renovatie toe
Ondanks het prachtige panorama en de rustige ligging moeten wij een slechte beoordeling geven. De woning moet dringend gerenoveerd worden de keuken is versleten, deuren die schuinhangen, kasten bodems doe doorhangen, kasen die vuil ogen. Badkamer oogt vuil. De lavabo afloop lekt, kraan lekt. Slaapkamerkasten ogen vuit en hebben een´likje verf nodig. Tuinstoelen 1 was stuk de andere vertoonde barsten. Het meubilair oud en versleten. Muren hebben een likje verf nodig. Voordeur klemt.

hormis la vue magnifique de la location, l appartement sent l humidité, tics dans les lits... Je ne recommande pas cet appartement.

Une vue fantastique
Le salon et une chambre donnent sur la terrasse avec une vue sur la mer magnifique. L'appartement est fonctionnel bien que l'aménagement date un peu. Situé dans un petit immeuble de 5 appartements nous n'avons eu qu'un seul voisin pendant notre séjour. L'accès à la mer n'est pas direct il faut suivre le chemin piétonnier qui passe juste en bas de la maison pour accéder soit à la plage, soit à des petites criques.

Einfach aber vollständig ausgestattete Wohnung
Ruhige Lage mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer, Landschaft und Sonnenaufgang. Schön zum Relaxen und Spazierengehen, Walken, Joggen. Gute Terassenlage; sowohl Schatten als auch Sonne vorhanden. Nahegelegener Kiesstrand mit hohem Staubanteil. Folgende Strände sind fußläufig gut erreichbar und sind besser (Staubbelastung). Wohnung: einfach aber vollständig ausgestattet. Badewanne ist erneuerungsbedürftig. Wohn- und ein Schlafraum zur Terassenseite, Küche und zweiter Schlafraum zum Eingang hin, ohne Aussicht gelegen. kleiner Tisch-Backofen, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Spül- und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Bei Ankunft darauf achten, dass die vorhandene Reservegasflasche (zur Warmwasserbereitung und Kochen) voll ist.
