Welcome to our newly renovated beautiful seaside single-story 2 bd 2 ba condo at the highly rated Kamaole Sands, located yards away from the stunning Kamaole III beach, Maui's famed "postcard beach" that is fantastic for snorkeling, swimming and boogie boarding and more w/ your family! Our extensive renovation includes a split system AC, new LV floor, paint, all new beds, beddings and pull out couch, new appliances in the kitchen and more! Enjoy our tastfully updated, well stocked, comfortalbe tropical retreat w/ ocean views from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and lanai. Our gorgeous resort provides great ammenities and is within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and minutes drive to many luxury establishments in Wailea! Now guests have the option to book our mini SUV via Turo!

The Kamaole Sands complex offers 15 acres of lush landscaping, fountains, ponds, tropical flowers and birds. There are 5 barbecue pavilions with Webber Gas Grills and picnic tables located throughout the complex. The large pool, kiddie pool and 2 Jacuzzi’s with adjacent refreshment area, along with ping pong and foosball tables makes it very family friendly. There is also an air conditioned exercise room. Also, don't forget the 4 very well maintained tennis courts. You can even sign up if your looking for a tennis partner. The front desk can also arrange child care. If you need to stay connected and you left your lap top at home, not to worry, there are computers for your use in the lobby.

The morning after your arrival, there is a complimentary continental breakfast at 8:30 by the pool where you will be informed of the many activities offered on Maui. There is always a complimentary newspaper awaiting you there as well. On Wednesday evening, join other guests for the Mai Tai Party by the pool. With Hawaiian music and hula dances, it will put you in the Hawaiian spirit. (ID required) but everyone is invited.

Just a short walk away is Kihei Village, where you will find shopping and the many different restaurants including Coconut's Fish Cafe, a local favorite. Also, don't forget the wonderful shopping at 'The Shops at Wailea', just 5 minutes away. For the golfers, the golfing at Wailea's Gold, Emerald and Blue courses offer great golfing and fantastic ocean views.

Kamaole Sands offers many on-site activities, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Located right across from Kamaole Beach III with it's sandy beach and clean clear water, makes snorkeling, swimming and sun bathing ideal. Enjoy the evening walks on the beach to witness the most amazing sunsets. There is a beach trail takes you up to North Kihei and south to Wailea-Makena.

A well-stocked health grocery store Foodland is within a few minutes’ drive, and you can also get groceries from Costco/Whole Foods on your way from the airport. In addition, our local service team can deliver groceries to your fridge for a fee.

Gorgeous view overlooking the ocean, pool, and grounds. Comfortable accommodations worked very well for our family of 4. Appreciated the extra touches including beach chairs, snorkels, plenty of towels, and kitchen essentials (condiments, cooking oils, etc.) Communication with the owners was great! Would love to visit again.

Fabulous Condo

What a great condo for our family of four to stay in during our trip to Maui! The location in Kihei was wonderful! We enjoyed our time at the beach across the street as well as the pool, barbecue pavilions, ping pong table, and foosball table on the resort! The beach chairs, towels, cooler, and other beach equipment made our trips to the beach easy and enjoyable! Views were fantastic, condo was very clean, and communication with owners was great!

Home away from home!

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, the kitchen was stocked well and had a fabulous view. The owners were very responsive to questions we had, such as the location of the beach towels. They had 2 standard beach towels and 4 sand-less, which we were not familiar with. A few extra traditional beach towels would have been nice for excursions. My only issue with the property was the size of the washer and dryer. They were the original small stacked apartment style, which meant I spent a lot of time doing small loads of laundry for 4 people throughout the trip. However, it would not stop me from staying there again. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent Kihei Condo

Our stay at Orien’s condo was great. The condo is in an ideal location, right across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III. You can walk 2 minutes and be on a beautiful beach for boogie boarding, picnicking, or other water sports. You can also walk right along the boardwalk/beach in either direction for miles. The condo is conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The condo itself is in a wonderful spot in the complex. It has a view of the ocean and we often had breakfast looking at the waves. It is also right in front of the pool which has 2 hot tubs and a ping pong table. Over the Christmas holiday the complex had hula dancing at the pool as well. The grounds of the complex are extremely well kept with lush greenery and numerous BBQs. All well maintained. The unit comfortably slept 6 of us with 2 kids in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for eating in and the washer and dryer in the unit is convenient. Orien is an excellent host - she communicates quickly and wants to make your stay enjoyable. We were lucky to find her after our host from another condo stranded us when we arrived in Maui. We would have had a stressful holiday if we hadn’t found Orien. We would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful view! Accommodating hosts. They had a wagon for beach visits and other beach accessories that took away the pain of traveling with or purchasing it all. We stay at this property of condos often bc the location is so good. Across the street from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops, well maintained property. I highly recommend.

Amazing location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! All the basics were covered for amenities, plus the use of tons of beach items and a handy foldable wagon for the short walk to the amazing beach in front of the resort. We hope to come and stay again!
