Very quiet and sunny location, with a large and well-kept pool and garden on the Etruscan coast. Great panoramic view to the sea. Large living room, fireplace with WiFi and satellite TV, modern kitchen, dining room with glass front overlooking the garden and pool to the sea. Next to it a master bedroom with bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower cabin), separated from the living area. In the basement 2 spacious double bedrooms, equipped with closets; next to it is a large bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and make-up mirror. Storage room and outside basement with washing machine and dryer and a third bathroom with shower available.
The entire garden is very well maintained, garage space for 2 cars, outdoor parking space. In addition to the pool (11m x 5m, up to 2.2m deep with Roman steps, 6 sun loungers), there is an outdoor kitchen with grill, pizza oven, 4 burner stove, small fridge and large dining table.

Schönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Gut ausgestattetes Haus, gepflegt in einem schönen Garten gelegen. Ruhige Lage mit einem Ausblick bis zum Meer. Ein sympathischer Vermieter der sich um alle Belange kümmert und gute Tips gibt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Highlight ist der Garten mit dem Pool. Wir haben schöne Tage verbracht. Wir haben leider überlegen, dass keine Frottiertücher vorhanden sind und mussten diese noch kaufen.

Tolles Haus in Meernähe

Uns hat er Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Tolles Haus mit sehr schöner grosser Gartenanlage und grossem Pool. Im grosszügigen Haus fehlt es an nichts. Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche mit guten Tipps von Pietro. Fam. L. (CH)

Schönes Fleckchen Erde

Pietro haben wir als einen wunderbaren Gastgeber empfunden. Er hat uns am Anreisetag um 16 Uhr am Haus empfangen (schläft in der Nacht vorher und ggf. am Abreisetag in einer separaten Wohnung unter dem Pool auf anderer Ebene). Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und das Haus hält was es verspricht. Wir haben einen großen Teil der zwei Wochen am Haus verbracht und waren jeden Tag mehrere Stunden am/im Pool. Dieser ist auf der einen Seite 2,20m tief - super! Die Kinder (4&6) haben die Zeit genossen und der Pool war ihr Highlight. Genügend Platz zum spielen (Fußball, Boule, Frisbee etc.) gibt es auch. Im Haus selbst haben wir Küche und Esstisch viel genutzt und geschätzt. Schön und praktisch eingerichtet mit wunderbarem Blick. Die Strände der Umgebung haben wir wenig besucht da es am Haus sehr schön und ruhig war. Entfernung zu Restaurants (Al Trenta Pizzeria ist zu empfehlen) und Supermärkten (Conad & Coop) passt auch (5-15min). Wir hatten eine heiße Zeit in Bibbona erwischt - meist um die 35 Grad. Ein Ventilator im Haus wäre in diesem Fall gut gewesen. Braucht man aber sonst wahrscheinlich nicht unbedingt. Empfehlenswert! (Pietro vermietet selten - also bucht wenn es frei ist)

Sehr schöner großer Garten und Außenpool. Während unseres Aufenthaltes störte die in unmittelbarer Nähe befindliche Baustelle sehr stark. Von Mo-Sa ab 7.00 Uhr - ca. 17.00 Uhr war der Geräuchpegel sehr hoch, bedingt durch Bohren, Hämmern und dem ständigen Vorbeifahren von Baufahrzeugen. Das Haus ist hübsch, aber sehr sporadisch eingerichtet. Zwei der Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Kellergeschoss. Der begehbare Kleiderschrank im Erdgeschoss ist sehr großzügig. Die Nachtischlampen im oberen Schlafzimmer waren nicht funktionstüchtig. Die Deckenbrause im oberen Bad ebenfalls nicht, sowie der Toaster in der Küche. Der Spülautomat reinigt nicht gründlich und ist auch schon etwas in die "Jahre" gekommen. WLAN war gut, trotz SAT-TV keine deutschsprachigen Sender. Auf der Terrasse fehlte nach unserem Empfinden eine gemütliche Ecke, um den fantastischen Blick mit Sonnenuntergang richtig genießen zu können. Oder einen Tisch mit Stühlen, um im Freien auf der Terrasse des Hauses essen zu können. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren vorhanden und von Vorteil. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich Parkmöglichkeiten für mehrere Autos. In ca. 10 km Entfernung befindet sich ein schöner Strand, der hauptsächlich von Einheimischen genutzt wird. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch den Eigentümer. Durch die große Entfernung zum Hauptwohnplatz (Schweiz), reist der Besitzer bereits einen Tag früher an und übernachtet auf dem Grundstück in einer kl. separaten Wohnung. Zu beachten ist, es gibt keine Handtücher, Geschirrtücher und oder Wechselbettwäsche.
