About this property

Cooperstown Vacation Rental

1 mile to Main Street and the National Baseball Hall of Fame and less than 5 miles to the Cooperstown Dreams Park!

¼ mile to the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony site... with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. You can easily walk in seconds to the 2025 induction while others walk a long way.

The Space

We want to welcome guests to our family home. Our charming home (dating back to the mid-1800's and on the National Historic Register) features an open plan with a full kitchen, dining area and living room.

The house has three bedrooms, all upstairs separated from the downstairs living space. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a 1/2 bathroom downstairs. The first floor living room has an extremely comfortable and large couch and smart TV with access to Hulu, Amazon and Netflix available. Fast Wi-Fi is available and cell phone service is great for Verizon and AT&T.

A/C window units are in each of the bedrooms. Fans for lower floor, although they are rarely needed (lower level tends to remain rather cool).

We provide all bedding and towels as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, utensils, plates, and glassware. There is a coffee machine, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. We try to make your stay as comfortable as if you were in your own home!

Guest access

The property connects to many acres of beautiful walking trails nearby. Conveniently located 1/2 of a mile down the road is the Clarks Sport Center. They have climbing walls, pool, running track and work out rooms you can access through an affordable day pass.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the sitting and grilling area on the back porch. Outside amenities include ample parking, gas grill, yard, firepit and furnished patio area.

NOTES:

* The expectation is that all noise levels will be reasonable for the time of day and that there will be no gatherings outside of the registered guests.

* Even though the house is set up for you, there are some personal items throughout.

* This house has the character of an older, historic home including some slightly slanted floors.

Great Location

The location of the property is great! Close to everything! We were able to walk downtown for lunch. The yard was great for the kids to play. We loved the classic New England feel.

Great spot and beautiful home

We met here from 3 different states (MA, VT and ME) to spend some time at the Baseball Hall of Fame and check out Cooperstown. The house was better than advertised and in the most perfect location. It was secluded but close to Main St. Would highly recommend this property for a relaxing wonderful stay

Cooperstown Stay

Cute old home close to town and the ball fields. Kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook while there. It is an old home so some floor/wall issues upstairs but overall very nice host and easy to work with. Great for families visiting for Cooperstown :)

Lovely house/great location

We stayed at this beautiful home while our oldest son played baseball at Dreams Park. The house was charming. Nicer in person! The location was great. Very close to the ballpark and downtown Cooperstown. Steve was a great, responsive host. We would absolutely recommend this listing to others!

Baseball Week

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. It was like a summer visit to a relative's home. Less than 15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go and needed to be. We were even able to catch up on a Netflix series between games at Dreams Park. Would stay again.

Beautiful home, great location

This home is simply charming! Great location to access Cooperstown Dreams Park, town central, and the Baseball Hall of Fame. The house retains its historic charm while offering modern amenities (new kitchen, bath, gas grill, washer/dryer, etc.). Neighborhood is clean and quiet. Check-in and check-out super easy. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat, and recommend to anyone looking for a Cooperstown rental!

We stayed here while son played in Cooperstown. The house was beautiful and clean. Very close to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. It a very short drive to dreams park. Check in and check out was very easy. Steve was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I definitely recommend staying at this house and would stay here again next time I’m in town.
