Beautiful in any season. Located directly on the quiet cove of Goodyear Lake, this lovely home is convenient to ALL youth baseball tournament locations in both Cooperstown and Oneonta. Open Concept - Contemporary - Clean - Cozy - Spacious home with lots of natural light.
Fishing - Swimming - Boating - Kayaking is just outside your door!

Minutes from Cooperstown, DreamsPark and Baseball Hall of Fame, Soccer Hall of Fame, Glimmerglass Opera House, Famers Museum, Finnimore Art Museum, Otesaga Golf Club and resort and two nearby colleges. You’ll never lack for things to do.

The Lakehouse is fully furnished and equipped with your every need. Included are all amenities: linens, towels, dishes, cookware, TV, cable, internet, stereo, deck, canoes and kayaks, fishing dock and raft in the water.

This house has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Plenty of closet space. The Master suite is the only room which has a AC window unit and a ceiling fan. Ceiling fans are also located in the second bedroom and living room. Bathroom has a whirlpool tub and separate shower stall. A large open living room has plenty of comfy space and seating. There is also an additional pull out queen/sofa in the living room. Upstairs is an office space with a full size futon. The kitchen has all modern conveniences with a large counter and bar stools.

Boats galore! We have 2 canoes, a kayak and rowboat for you, and even supply fishing poles. The large front yard is perfect for croquette or badminton - sets which are provided. Lakeside is a large sunny deck and broad, green back yard. Sunbathe or fish from our lovely dock. Curl up with a good book or take a nap on the back deck. A gas grill is provided for cookouts and a fire pit for campfires.

This is a slice of heaven. You won't want to leave! A great retreat for your family while the young-ins play baseball. Good old fashioned R&R awaits you!

Stay was great. Had a great time on the lake while we were not at Cooperstown. There was no AC, but the weather was great and it was not needed.

Beautiful location on the lake and is indeed close to all the baseball. It is definitely a house in the relative woods, complete with all the bugs and spider webs. The furniture is well kept but not super comfortable and the only windows that were covered were in the bathrooms. Host was gracious and kitchen was fairly well stocked. Watercraft and yard games were appreciated. WiFi was good.

Hi Kencee, Glad you enjoyed your time at the Lakehouse. We loved the photos of kids catching fireflies. It is a house on a lake so there will be bugs accordingly! There’s plenty of bug spray in the garage. I don’t know if you saw that. Also, there are shades in the bedrooms, not just the bathrooms. The windows with views by of the water is one of the features that our guests love. 💕

All around amazing stay! My 12 year old played at All Star Village the first week of summer 2026 and I (single mom) stayed with my 14 year old son on property. We took the boats out, went swimming and caught fish. The house had everything you would need and more. Beautiful location - like 15 mins to CASV and 25 to Cooperstown. Great and peaceful location! I would highly recommend! Thx to the host for a great vacation!

Stayed at this beautiful lake front property while in town playing at Cooperstown. Had all the comforts of home plus more. Very easy check-in and checkout. Very clean, and all of the boats kept my family entertained when not on the field. We had a campfire and BBQ on our final night with another family, many fish were caught and drinks were had. What a fantastic place to stay, greatful to have found the listing.

My family and I had a blast at Susan’s Lake house. It was the perfect retreat to come back to after long days of baseball. My son was sad that he had to bunk at Cooperstown instead of being able to stay with us here. Many amazing memories made for sure.

Peaceful lake getaway

Beautiful Little Spot

This is a great location as it sits in the back of a quiet cove on Goodyear Lake. It is very relaxing and was a very nice respite from the hectic schedule of baseball at All Star Village.

Nice break from the park

We were there to watch our son play at Dreams park and it was exactly what we were looking for. A break for us to relax by the lake. Everything we needed plus a bald eagle!

Cooperstown Stay

The view of the lake was great. Check in was a breeze. About 15 minutes to Dreams Park and 25 minutes to Cooperstown. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Perfect home for our week at Cooperstown All Star Village!

The home was perfect! The beds were comfy, things were clean and the lake is a bonus! We caught a bunch of fish. The mornings are beautiful!

Comfortable home in a pretty setting

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lakehouse. We kayaked and fished in between baseball games at the All Star Village. We even found a great running trail right down the street from the house that went around part of Goodyear Lake. We had a great stay!

Perfect lake house!

This was the perfect lake house for our trip to Cooperstown! It was the most beautiful, peaceful setting and only a 15 minute east drive to CASV. The cottage was well stocked, clean, with tons of water toys. Would highly recommend this house for cooperstown families or anyone looking for a great vacation!

Great week!

We had an absolute fantastic time at the house. Very clean, quiet and minutes away from baseball. I recommend this house for other baseball families.
