The property was excellent. Very comfortable and a great location. We loved our stay, and definitely plan to stay again next time we come to Cooperstown.

Thanks so much! I look forward to hearing from you in the future. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay!! 😌
The place was very clean well stocked and very comfortable. The bedding was comfortable. The sheets were nice. The towels were nice and big and the amenities in the kitchen were amazing and the gas fire pit outback was awesome! highly recommend this place and the host!!
Almost excellent. It was a little cramped bed-wise for the six of us, but that is a little bit of nit-picking on my part. If our party had been limited to the original five of us, which was myself, my son, and his three boys, ages 14, 12, and 10, my rating would have been higher.

Hi Richard, I wish I had known. We could have set up another bed. I'm glad to hear otherwise that you enjoyed your stay!
This was a wonderful home away from home to attend our son’s Cooperstown tournament. The pictures are exactly as described and the location was a short 5 minute drive to town. The check-in was easy and host was responsive.
Property was just as described and perfectly located to visit the Baseball HOF. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were super comfortable. Plenty of outdoor space for kids. Quiet back porch to enjoy morning coffee. Host was very responsive to questions and lovely to work with. On our last day we opted to take the kids to Howe Caverns which is a bit of a drive, but the best caverns I have ever visited. Great stay!

It was lovely talking with you Lynn! I'm so happy your family enjoyed your stay! Come back anytime! 😁
Home was cozy, nicely decorated, and conveniently located near dreams park. However, there were many large black ants predominantly on the main floor, spiders and cobwebs throughout the home, and the tub in the upstairs bathroom was inoperable (did not drain and leaked).
Location to Dreams Park and Cooperstown was excellent. House is older and felt lived in but was very comfortable. We enjoyed the front enclosed porch, spent most of our spare time there. Plenty of dinnerware to use.
