Sleep deeply in the premium hybrid king bed, relax on the leather couch as you watch your favorite show on the Roku smart tv, make a meal in the well equipped kitchen, knock out some work using the high-speed wifi at the dedicated work space, take a stroll on through the nearby park or canal trail, or explore Denver and the beautiful Rocky mountains as you stay in our place.

This place is a relaxing, stylish, and well equipped retreat for all who want to visit Denver and the front range. Business travelers will enjoy the lightening fast WiFi, dedicated work space, and easy access to Denver’s Light Rail transportation system as well as the Denver Tech Center (DTC).

There is a condominium complex pool/hot tub available during the summer.

KITCHEN - Fully equipped kitchen - all appliances + granite countertop - from soup to gourmet. Pots, pans, baking pans, blender, utensils, crock pot, top of the line cutlery, glassware and dishes. Washer and dryer. luxury vinyl floors, new bathroom tile and glass shower.
MAIN ROOM - with leather sofa, 55" Smart tv (Roku) and high speed internet for streaming or communicating.
