This gated "Rustic Modern Pad" is on 4 acres, it shares the property with another house hidden behind hedges and is six minutes from downtown St Helena. It sits on a ridge considered a banana belt in this area. It has a curtained porch to control the hot weather and a suspended heat lamp for cold weather. There is a roofed bbq and cooking area built into a half round vine covered structure with a fireplace at its end. The garden has a very popular steel fountain for the birds. There is a large parking area with a modern steel arbor to park under.
The interior is a warm looking large open ceiling structure with concrete floors and countertops. Tall walls and windows give the space an open to the garden feel.
