Flip Flops & Tank Tops

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located in the family-friendly, desirable Tidelands subdivision. Enjoy the Gulf breezes and sound of the waves from the furnished deck! Flip Flops & Tank Tops is also just a short walk or ride to the beach.

The open living and kitchen area features comfy seating, a large television, modern appliances, and ample room for dining and meal prep. The granite bar has seating for 5. The home has high speed internet and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the third bedroom also has 2 queen beds. There is plenty of room to sleep 10!

Downstairs you'll find a fish cleaning station, along with a bar, built in picnic table, and charcoal grill. It's a great shaded place to enjoy the company of family and friends!

Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Wonderful place

The house was large enough that we didn’t feel cramped! There were 4 adults and 2 teenagers and we had a great time! Close enough to the beach we could easily walk!

Lots of room, stairs are a lil steep but workable. Super close to the beach and the bottom floor was great for vooking and hanging out.

Great Rental

I really enjoyed this house. It had plenty of kitchen items. I wish they didn’t charge for linens but it is what it is. We rented this for my daughters 14th birthday and her and her friends had a blast.

Horrible check in policy.

Get with the times and have digital check in and out. Your policy sucks. There was bugs in the kitchen cabinet and the fact we had to pay extra for beding and they couldnt even put the sheets on the beds for us is crazy!!!! Property was nice but the management of the property was horrible!!!

For those wanting beach access to Margaritaville, it's only a 4 mile trip by golf cart which was good for the Mardis Gras Parade.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were pleased with the rented cabin. We loved the downstairs seating and dining area (after we placed mosquito repellants) and we enjoyed the cabin layout and beach proximity. We were unhappy with the cleanliness upon our arrival (floors that left our feet black as well as soap and hair left in the shower from previous visitors). The recliner in the living room appeared to be near breaking with a sunken seat and broken foot rest on the day we arrived. As the mother of a young family, I didn't appreciate the large topless mermaid painting in the primary bedroom over the bed. Checking in and out was very efficient, but didnt feel welcoming or hospitable. I completely understand that they are busy with lots of check-ins and outs, but I don't feel like a "hello" or smile is too much to ask for in customer service.

Very clean and more than enough room for the amount of people we had which was only 10 people but very spacious. Down stairs had a lot of room to play for kids and games and just for hanging out. The cabs in was two streets over from Crystal Beach Golf Carts which I recommend renting from being that they were very friendly people and easy rental. Over 10!!! Will definitely rent the cabin again.

Most places are check in at 4 and check out by 10 am. The check out for this place was 4 pm which really accommodates you to not have to rush to check out and get the house clean back in order! We will be staying with them again the last weekend of may and can’t wait!
