Inside, the house, built on two levels will offer you: Ground floor: - A living room with a nice sofa, a round table for two and a flat screen TV.- An open and fully equipped kitchen.- A dining area opening onto the back terrace of the house.- A small shower room with toilet.- A nice en suite room with a 160cm bed and its bathroom with bath and shower from which you can access directly to the garden on the pool side.- A large dressing room adjacent to the room to store your belongings. Upstairs: - Two bedrooms with double bed and storage, as a bonus a sea view from the common terrace to both rooms.- A shower room with a toilet. ACCESS TO PROPERTY Access to the property in 8 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bus or 35 minutes by foot.The exit from the A8 motorway is 20 minutes' drive away. Are you being transported? 2 parking spaces are available in front of the villa. Need a transfer? We can handle this through our concierge service. ALENTS In less than a few minutes you can walk: - Go eat a pastry at one of the city's most famous pastry chefs, Philippe Brito.- Take a walk to Palm Beach to eat a pizza at Jean-Jean's or make a game of pétanque place de l'étang (10 minutes).- Take a stroll on the Croisette between luxury shops, palaces and sandy beaches (12 minutes).- Do your shopping street of Antibes (20 minutes).- Get to the convention hall (30 minutes on foot, less than 10 minutes by car). To make your life easier: Ask us what would please you, but especially a driver, a piece of cleaning, or more moderately a cot or a high chair for your (small) attendants.
