The backyard features a heated pebble tec pool with a waterfall, large covered patio, turf play area, outdoor dining & a built in BBQ. Home is available for weekly or monthly rental. This home in the Lagos Vistos gated lake community and is close to nine different courses including 27 holes at the Ocotillo Golf Club which is a few miles away from the home. Spend your evenings at the Lone Butte Casino or the Wild Horse Pass Casino, both of which are less than 15 miles away. For the kids, the community has a basketball court, playground, community walking paths & large greenbelt areas. There’s also Snedigar Recreation Center is 3 miles west which offers facilities for baseball, basketball, cricket, skating, and much more. There is shopping, restaurants, movie theatres and grocery stores all within 5 minutes of the home!

Why they chose this property
Brand new remodel top to bottom, inside and out in 2021!! The home is in a beautiful gated, lake community and we're located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quiet street. The home is fully stocked and ready to go... you just need your tooth brush! There's a community park about 100 yards away from the home with basketball and a playground.
