Situated on a small island, located in Lake Charlevoix, this 2+ bedroom, 2 bath cottage is perfect for your up north getaway! Large outdoor decks (1000 sq. ft.) make the perfect place to gather and enjoy the beautiful lake view. Take a swim off the dock! This cottage sleeps 4 adults, 2 kids and is a short drive to Charlevoix, East Jordan, and Boyne City. The island is very private and quiet, making this the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy what the area has to offer.

Mini splits in both main floor bedrooms as well as the main living area provide either AC or heating to make your stay enjoyable. There are two kayaks with paddles and life jackets plus one stand up paddle board for guests to use. These are use at your own risk and by doing so you agree to not hold the property management company or owner liable.
