Roaches

We didn't stay at the condo due to roaches. The rental company refused to provide a different condo and would not give me a refund!

Gulf Shores 2o24 Ocean House Condo

Nice condo on the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. Beds were comfortable. Management company switched out the lockbox and left the old one empty. It took a while and a phone call to get it squared away so we could get in. They need to remove the old lock box that is numbered for the property. The ad said we had a key to the locker to store our beach stuff. The key did not fit any door and we tried every door in the building that didn't have a condo number on it including the balcony. The management company just said oh well guess if it doesn't fit it doesn't fit! Didn't ruin our stay but don't advertise this feature if it isn't available.
