There is laundry in foyer of carriage house. Entrance is off parking lot or front entrance into foyer. The apartment has full stocked kitchen, linens and towels provided. Internet is available. Master bedroom has a smart V and Living room has a flat screen smart TV. The apartment has two floors, the master, full bath and twin (w/ trundle) bedrooms are on second floor. Could accommodate a family with 2 children .
