In the heart of a small, peaceful hamlet, just a stone's throw from Pionsat, this fully renovated house invites you to take a break in the countryside, far from the hustle and bustle. Surrounded by meadows, woods, and sunken lanes, it offers a preserved natural setting, ideal for reconnecting with what matters most! From the house, you can enjoy a private garden, perfect for al fresco dining, naps in the shade, or family games. The tranquility of the hamlet, the fresh air, and the surrounding nature create an atmosphere conducive to rest and relaxation. The house is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - an open-plan living room-kitchen - a cozy living room with a sofa bed (140cm mattress with a mattress topper for 2 people) - a separate toilet - a laundry area Upstairs: - a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a crib - a bedroom with two 80cm beds or a 160cm bed - a shower room - a separate toilet Outside, there is a garden with garden furniture, a barbecue, a parasol, and sun loungers. The surrounding area invites you to stroll, explore, and appreciate the biodiversity. On foot or by bike, the paths wind through hedged fields, valleys, and small streams. Less than 2 km away, the village of Pionsat welcomes you with its local shops, market, castle, and local life. A little further afield, the Lapeyrouse and Saint-Gervais-d'Auvergne lakes, the Combrailles forests, the Sioule and Cher valleys with water sports and climbing, the Auvergne volcanoes with Vulcania, a unique site in Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, not to mention three thermal spas in the region, about twenty kilometers away.
