Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a sauna for rent in Épernay. It has a floor area of 160 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. Two extra beds are available, but these are best suited for children or teenagers. It comprises a lovely 87 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 140 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 87 m² living area with a sofa and TV
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×200) and a mezzanine featuring an armchair that converts into a 120x190 bed
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- A small bedroom with a single bed
- A small bedroom with a 90×190 bed and an armchair that converts into a 120×190 bed
- A bathroom with a shower, double washbasin and toilet

In the basement:
A relaxation area with a sauna and steam room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 140 m² enclosed and shaded garden with a terrace to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Épernay, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Transport:
If you’re travelling by car, a secure parking space is available in a private car park, accessible via a access card, close to the house.

- Nearest railway station: Épernay, approximately 100 m away
- Nearest airport: Reims, approximately 18 km away

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Pets are allowed for a flat fee of €40 per stay for a maximum of two pets (dog or cat). Please specify this when booking.
- Only the following rooms are air-conditioned: the living room, the open-plan kitchen and the two downstairs bedrooms
