The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday flat is low-barrier and has extra-wide doors, three level-access showers, a double-leaf entrance door, ramps and motion detectors. The number of bedrooms included in the overnight price depends on the number of people booked. Additional bedrooms, which are not automatically provided for this occupancy, can be made available on request for a one-off fee of €35 per bedroom and stay. Quiet location in a cul-de-sac, around 60 m above the Rhine with a view of the Rhine Valley. Two access paths to the Rheinsteig trail start directly at the house. Centrally located between Koblenz, Boppard, Rüdesheim and the Loreley – ideal for hikes, castle visits, boat trips and excursions in the Upper Middle Rhine Valley UNESCO World Heritage Site. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 7 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. Further free parking is available in the village.
