Sehr scjöne Unterkunft

Hatten eine Einweisung für die Unterkunft. Saune, Whirlpool, Kinoleinwand usw. Hat alles funktioniert und war eine perfekte Unterkunft zum JGA feiern. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Therme und Casino im der nähe und per Fuß git uu erreichen.

Coole Bude für JGAs oder Gruppenausflüge in die Koblenzer-Region

Die Unterkunft war sauber und super ausgestattet. Ein Teil der Unterkunft wird gerade umgebaut, hier und da fehlte mal ne Fliese oder etwas Tapette. Das war aber immer erst auf dem zweiten Blick aufgefallen. Der Whirlpool war leider nicht funktionsfähig (hat 24 Stunden zum aufheizen gebraucht, mag dran liegen, dass er kurfristig umgestellt wurde). Der Standort ist in der Bad Emser Innenstadt, fußläufig zum Bahnhof BE West. Parkmöglichkeiten gibts nur für ein Fahrzeug, für weitere Fahrzeuge gibts aber kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe. Die Betten, Handtücher und Badezimmer waren sauber. Die Ablüsse der Duschen waren teilweise etwas überfordert, wenn 15 Leute nach einander duschen gehen. Wir waren zwei Nächte vor Ort und würde wiederkommen. Ingesamt 4/5 Sterne. Ein Stern-Abzug für die Probleme mit dem Whirlpool und die Lage in der City, rechts und links sind alle Läden scheinbar zu. Fußläufig ist aber auch die Promenade Richtung Lahn und Spielcasino. Pizzeria "Dante Express" können wir empfehlen :D

Die Unterkunft war mit den Schlafräumen in der 2. Etage und den großzügigen Aufenthaltsräumen in der 3. Etage für unser Treffen mit Kindern zwischen 3 - 8 Jahren, 5 Eltern um die 40 Jahre und 4 Großeltern optimal geeignet! Die Lage (ein Ausflugtag) ist sehr zentral und auch das anfangs befürchtete Parkplatzproblem ließ sich leicht lösen! Wir kommen wieder!

Super zentral gelegene Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war der hammer. CheckIn/-out gingen schnell und unproblematisch. Vom BIlliardtisch bis zum Whirlpool hat sie alles zu bieten gehabt. Sie war zudem sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Öffis waren auch fussläufig gut erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Gute Unterkunft für mehrere Familien

Besonders mit Kindern und Teenies zu empfehlen, da Heimkino, Billiard und Whirlpool vorhanden. Lage ist sehr zentral, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Regal oder Schrank in den Schlafräumen würde ich mir für Kleidung noch wünschen.

Het verblijf was prima, alles aanwezig wat gezegd was. Alleen de afwerking van zo'n beetje alle vertrekken is nog niet netjes afgewerkt. De omgeving is zeer mooi, maar om bij het verblijf te komen moet je bij mensen over het prive terein.

Top Unterkunft für Gruppen

Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man in einer größeren Runde eine gute Zeit verbringen möchte. Whirlpool, Sauna, Billard, alles top und gut in Schuss. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet (zwei Kühlschränke), die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war unkompliziert - Fazit: gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt war super entspannt! Alleine der Billardtisch und der Gemeinschaftsraum mit Leinwand waren cool. Man hatte genug Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen. Wir waren rundum glücklich und zufrieden und hatten auch keine Probleme mal etwas lauter die Musik aufzudrehen! Die Umgebung war auch sehr schön und bietet Möglichkeiten Spazieren und wandern zu gehen. Die Ferienwohnung würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen!
