Renovated by us with love to detail and decorated with self-restored furniture this romantic, spacious and quiet place is perfect for your stay at Salzburg. Our house with only two flats is situated in the sunny and green privileged residential area of Salzburg surrounded by a big garden. It has a private balcony. You can reach the center by a 20 minutes walk, 10 minutes with bicycle (we offer them for free) or some minutes by bus. Good infrastructure (bus station and supermarkets are very near). Free WiFi and parking

Salzburg stay

This place is beautiful! The pictures don’t do the views and house justice. It’s in a great location close to all the sights but a very quiet neighborhood. It was a bit warm being a second floor apartment, but the windows brought in a good amount of air and sunlight. We were very comfortable and happy to call this place home during our stay in Salzburg.

Terrific place to stay!

This apartment was in a wonderful location, in a quiet neighborhood close to the city. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable -- and has a beautiful view of the mountains/countryside. Elisabeth was a very helpful host and always quick to reply when we communicated with her. I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent stay in Salzburg

Elisabeth was a 5 star host along with her place. Very spacious and bright. Well maintained and amazing mountain views. Communication and location were great. A little local bar 5 minutes walk away too. Definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Salzburg

A wonderful home away

This apartment was wonderful. The views of the Alps were unbelievable. The access to Old Town was wonderful. We walked several times a day. The path was close to the apartment, yet you felt like you were able to get away also. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the deck very much. If you are lucky enough to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Magnificent mountain views!

We loved our stay at this lovely mountain apartment - it was near enough to walk into Salzburg yet the views from the windows made you feel like you were right in the country. The apartment was clean and spacious, and had all you needed for a wonderful stay - we only we wished we had longer than 3 nights! Elizabeth was very efficient in dealing with our booking, and a lovely person! Hopefully we will visit again one day!! Thank you!

Large bright apartment just outside main area of salzburg

This apartment was very big with many windows. very clean too. Owner Elizabeth was very good with communication and very helpful with answering any questions. It is right outside the main area of Salzburg but bus transport very close walk and bike ride is about 20 min into city center. Beautiful bike trails all over Salzburg...

Favorite VRBO stay

This was one of our top VRBO places to stay. Elisabeth was a very welcoming and friendly host. The apartment was recently renovated by Elisabeth and Oscar with great attention to detail and colorful nuances and decorative ideas. The views of the area, mountains from the windows was incredible. We loved our stay in the apartment as well as the sights we saw in Salzburg. It was also an amazing walk to the city center with a view of the fortress most of the way. We will be back some day. Salzburg Tourist

The apartment is not right in the center of town , but an easy bus ride . With the salzburg card, you can access the Salzburg transit system. Local bier garden and grocery stores were great, Kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Brother and sister-in-law law came with so we had a nice place where we could talk or all be separate. Elisabeth is an artist , her mosaics we very nice, as was her garden .

Gorgeous Salzburg

A lovely apartment with a pretty, colourful, and relaxing garden, and wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Very friendly and welcoming property owners who really want you to have a fantastic time - always happy to help, and with cracking little extras like bikes, fresh vegetables and even home-made jam! It’s a great location just outside the centre of Salzburg - lovely and quiet but just a picturesque 20 minutes walk from the city. We were on a family trip with our two daughters aged 11 and 8 and it was a great spot for them, plenty of space, but also all on one floor - we had a brilliant time.

Salzburg holiday.

This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area of Salzburg with Mountain View’s it is very comfortable. The owners live on the ground floor and give complete privacy to there guests. The apartment is within a few minutes walk to restaurants, local shops and only a few minutes walk to the local bus and tram stops, which are very frequent (5-10 mins) to and from the town centre with all of Salzburg visitor attractions. I can definitely recommend a visit to the fortress but give yourself a few hours to see all of its attractions. The funicular to and from the fortress is impressive it also has within its walls a number of outdoor cafe bars serving local food. I would say that Salzburg is a city of culture with lots of attractions from Mozart to the sound of music tours and film set locations. Less than a 2 hour flight from the UK, Salzburg is well worth a visit I would recommend this 2 bed apartment .to anyone visIting Salzburg

Die angenehme Ferienwohnung hat unseren Aufenthalt in Salzburg zu einem schönen Erlebnis gemacht.Die Vermieter der Wohnung waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet.Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht, bis auf ein kleines "Aber" -- Es ist keine Dusche vorhanden, Duschen ging nur in der Badewanne was für mobil eingeschränkte Personen schlecht machbar ist.Das fehlende TV war eher angenehm da der Tag nicht mit schlechten Nachrichten begann die zur Zeit aus einem TV kommen. Mehr Zeit für ein Würfelspiel bei einem Glas Wein am Abend auf dem Balkon.Die Aussicht von der Wohnung aus auf die Berge war schon beeindruckend.Zu Fuß war die Altstadt in ca. 45min erreichbar oder noch besser mit dem Bus (Buskarte in der Kurtaxe inkludiert) in ca. 15min.Abschließend ist zu sagen, die Ferienwohnung ist schon empfehlenswert.

Salzburg: schöne FeWo in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Vorort von Salzburg. Die Verkehrsanbindung ins Zentrum ist mit Bus hervorragend. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es Restaurants und Supermärkte, so das eine Versorgung vor Ort auch ohne Fahrzeug möglich ist. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist mit ca. 80 m² sehr großzügig geschnitten. Es gehört ein kleiner Balkon zur Wohnung und man hat einen schönen Blick auf den Berg. Der Schlafcomfort in den 2 Schlafzimmern ist gut, lediglich das Knarren vom Parkett im Wohnbereich auf den Weg zur Toilette ist nachts doch sehr störend. Die Küche ist gut bestückt mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffee, Tee, Gewürzen und Geschirr, aber die Möbel sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Herd ist eine Katastrophe und lädt nicht zum Kochen oder erwärmen von Speisen ein. Eine Alternative wäre eine Mikrowelle, die aber leider fehlte. Es fehlte auch ein Radio und ein Fernseher. Nach Aussage der Vermieterin wäre das in der Beschreibung festgehalten, aber bei nochmaligem Nachsehen haben wir nur erkannt, dass diese Dinge nicht explizit aufgeführt worden sind. Doch die Vermieterin hat sofort reagiert und uns einen Laptop kostenfrei für die Zeit zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch sonst war unsere Vermieterin sehr freundlich und darauf bedacht, das alles in Ordnung ist. Da es sehr kalt wurde, wurde auch sofort die Heizung aktiviert. Alles in allem haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und von uns gibt es eine Weiterempfehlung.

Perfekter Stadturlaub

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt in der Nähe zweier Haltestellen in ruhiger Lage. Wir konnten bequem mit dem Bus oder auch zu Fuß durch die Wiesen oder entlang der Salzach in die Stadt kommen. Unserer Gastgeberin vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und die netten Tipps.

Angenehmes und ruhiges Ambiente

Eine Wohnung, die direkt am Rand zum Grünen liegt und doch sehr Zentral liegt. Ein wenig Tango und ein wenig Historik geben der Wohnung ein Flair der Gemütlichkeit.

Wonderful!

This is a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view of the lush backyard and mountains. We enjoyed that it was in a quiet neighborhood with very easy public transportation available. The hosts are wonderful and even arranged to mail something we accidentally left behind. I recommend staying here!

Une location à recommander

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location très agréable, très bien située, où l'on se sent comme chez soi. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de la semaine que nous avons passée chez Oscar et Elizabeth. Nous ne pouvons que recommander vivement cette location.

Tolles Wohnung, tolle Atmosphäre, äußerst herzliche Gastgeberin

Waren für eine Woche in Salzburg und konnten uns so richtig entspannen. Die Einrichtung mit so viel Liebe zum Detail und auch der Garten ein Traum. Elisabeth ist äußerst aufmerksam und herzlich, wurden sogar mit einer Flasche Wein und frischen Tomaten aus dem Garten versorgt. Gerne wieder!
