Explore the cute Danish town of Solvang and then head to Los Olivos for an array of wine tasting. Old town Santa Ynez has upscale restaurants and boutiques. Figueroa Mountain, only 15 minutes away, offers hiking and views of the local mountains. A little further and you can visit the Chumash Casino and try your luck at the tables or catch a show.
