Make yourself at home in this 4-bedroom Santa Ynez retreat. This excellent house boasts 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 bunk bed with 1 full bed on the bottom of one bunk bed ensuring tremendous comfort for all guests. Enjoy the soothing ambiance of 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.
Our guest policy is 6 adults max, and 4 children.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Replace moved furniture • Check drawers and closets for personal items • Make sure you logout of any personal apps on TVs • Place all used towels in bathroom • Please leave all bedding on beds
• Clean all dishes, pots/pans, and utensils • Remove any opened food items from refrigerator • Check that BBQ is clean of residue and propane tank is turned off
• Bag all trash and take out to the appropriate receptacles • Turn off all lights, appliances, A/C, and heat • Close and lock all doors and windows • Leave key in lockbox upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please review House Resource upon arrival for important rules and details. Failure to follow these can result in losing security deposit.
Please respect the 10pm Noise Curfew Parking for 4 vehicles max. Unless otherwise approved by host.
Please leave property in the condition that it was when you arrived. Please know maintenance crews will need access to care for grounds and pool

We had such a beautiful family time at this home and property. The home is serene, peaceful, spacious and decorated so beautifully. Our grandchildren loved the ping pong table and other games in the garage. The spa was a big hit for all of us and the pool was wonderful! The setting of this home is restful and a perfect place to gather with friends and family.

Out in the country but close to towns

We really enjoyed our stay. The location gave us ample opportunities to walk around the local farms and ranches but we could easily get to Los Olivos and Santa Ynez for wine tasting and a nice restaurants

Fabulous! A beautifully designed & decorated home in a spacious extremely quiet neighborhood ( except for the baying burro we loved)! Excellently equipped including a complete spice drawer. Pool & spa added to our enjoyment as well as the perfect bar-b-que complex. The pizza oven was a smash hit. Highly recommended.
