New Mallorcan vacation home - unobstructed views + private pool

Our cottage is located in a region with countless beautiful bays with crystal clear water, authentic villages and a breathtaking landscape. This and the international audience make the southeast of the island unique, and it impresses with its pristine beauty and the diversity of the landscape. It is located in the beautiful village of Cala Murada near the beach on the kilometer-wide nature reserve between Cala Murada and Porto Colom.

The distance to the beautiful beach with magnificent restaurant is approximately 900 m. The sea can be seen from the house. It has three large, shady terraces with comfortable furniture and a large table for cozy meals and balmy summer evenings. Prior to the bedroom is a terrace with incredible atmosphere at night. Relaxation is guaranteed here. The spacious garden is fenced, surrounded by a cypress hedge.

A few meters from the house is the private community pool with sunbathing areas, playground, water loungers, cafeteria and terrace for free. A true paradise for children and adults. Nearby are the marinas of Porto Colom and Porto Christo. In Cala Murada all basic services are for everyday ready: restaurants, supermarkets, banks etc. Only 5 km away is the golf course Vall D'Or, one of the most beautiful on the island.

The cozy living room has SAT TV, free WIFI / WLAN / Internet access and music system. The couch is extendable. The dining room for 6 people located in the living area. The well-equipped with spacious refrigerator, electric cooker with ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher and washing machine kitchen is separate. In addition, everything is available, what is needed for witty Cooking: coffee machine, blender, toaster, kettle, blender. Spices and tabs are always free.

The house has 2 bedrooms. The ground floor is the children's or guest rooms with spacious closet and a double bed, which can be easily transformed into 2 single beds. there is a TV set on the wall. Next to it is a bathroom. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with closet and a bathroom (hair dryers are available in both bathrooms) and direct access to the roof terrace. From here you can look down to the sea or just once retreat. For occasional typing in the bedroom a small desk is set up. Towels are available for 4 people. On request it is possible to book additional linen packages. In the garden is plenty of space to play, romp or for sunbeds. A lockable parking lot is located on the property.

Key collection is already underway by phone from Germany. You agree with us a time when you arrive at the house. Then the keys will be handed over to you and you will be introduced to the house. To welcome you will find a small welcome in the form of a bottle of wine and water, and for the little gummy bears. Before your departure inform us by phone and hand over the house again.
