We truly enjoyed our stay, the check in process was so easy and Julie was an amazing host! The house was so clean and accommodating! There is a nearby Walgreens, chick-Fil-A, Dennys and Charter 75 to get something to eat! Transportation was quite easy we took a few Ubers but were able to take the bus to the strip as well. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Communication with Host - Julie was great! She responded quickly to questions and kept us informed of codes and procedures in a timely manner. Having the pool right outside the room was great! The location was perfect - easy to get where we wanted to go from the condo. Security personnel were helpful and friendly. Overall a wonderful stay! Thanks for sharing your place.

Super communicative host! Super clean villa! Great location off strip with 24\7 gated security & guard. Only a 10 minute ride share to the strip. Ride share costs varied from 10 - 30 (depending on time & demand). You can walk to the strip if you are a walker, certainly doable! The complex is very quiet! The unit is next to the pool, but we only heard kids in the pool if we were sitting on the patio. I have never ever stayed in a property rental that was so well stocked! From coffee pods, creamor, sugar, teas, hot chocolate, marsh mellows, candy bowl, condiments, spices, etc! You name it....it's there! Unit is also well stocked with many bath & kitchen towels, TP, paper towels, pool towels, blankets, toiletries, fans etc. Kitchen is stocked with every kind of dishes, glassware, pots & pans, utensils, and anything else you could ever think of or need. Will stay here from now on when Im in Vegas!This was my 4th trip to Vegas this past year to do 1 - 3 day canyon tours with a local tour company. I highly recommend! There is so much more to do and see in Vegas other than the strip!Thank you Julie for everything! You are the hostess with mostest! 10 stars!!

The place was clean, close to the strip but far enough for peace and quiet if needed.Our host was so friendly gave us a few spots to see and made sure to let us know the pool was close to apartment. I did not take any photos of the place but I’m very ocd and this place was perfect.

Great host and unit!

The condo was clean and very well organized - the host had everything labeled and was very helpful and responsive to any questions and requests. Everything was nice and matched (maybe even exceeded the photos). Would definitely return in the future!

Jolie was always very kind. She answered my questions promptly and politely. The property is quite close to the Strip. We walked there several times and other times we took the bus, which runs regularly. It was also very clean and recently renovated. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well-equipped with everything we needed and more. The refrigerator wasn't empty, which was a nice bonus! We loved finding candy on the table and instant hot chocolate mix with marshmallows. That was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The apartment made our winter vacation even better.

Great Stay

The place was great, gated with a real person, the condo was well stocked, usually the bad part about VRBO’s, but not this one. The property manager, Julie was freaking amazing. The best I have ever interacted with. Took care of all my questions. On my repeat list.

The listing was very clean. The host had water and Gatorade upon arrival as well as a couple snack’s which was great. Close to the strip. The pool was right around the corner. Felt very safe here. Will definitely be using this listing again!

Comfortable and Convenient to Everything!

Such a wonderful place! There was nothing missing - everything to make it "home". Very clean, comfortable, plenty of linens and toiletries, super comfy bed, and the perfect size for 3 of us. So close to the strip and other casinos, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Even found the best coffee shop ever - "Take It Easy Roasters" - just a 20 min walk or 3 minute drive from the condo. Julie was an amazing host who was quick to respond and so accommodating. We will be back!

Close to the Strip

This condo is situated close to the Strip but far enough away to make driving around a bit less maddening. Julie, our host, was excellent. She replied promptly to questions, and she was the most thoughtful host I've ever encountered (on VRBO and another rental website). She provided breakfast items, snacks, and all sorts of toiletries, and made our stay very comfortable. The condo itself was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the towels were thick and soft. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thanks, Julie!

My family and I were in town for a jiu jitsu tournament at the convention center. The location was great! Short drive to the convention center and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the strip to not have to deal with all the crazy traffic. Julie was an excellent host. Very nice touches for guests upon arrival. Super clean, comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals. Easy check in and check out. We come to vegas often for tournaments and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay and being a great host Julie!
