Welcome to the modern three-story villa with stunning views of Zaton Bay. 500 m² of living space occupy the contemporary interior, each level with a balcony or a terrace. Floor to ceiling windows cover two sides of the house and allow for spectacular views of the Adriatic and the lush green landscape covered in pine and cypress trees. Ensuite bedrooms are on the upper floors while the open plan kitchen, dining area and a lounge with a luxurious sofa and a flatscreen TV are all found on the ground floor showcasing clean white walls and simple elegance. Jacuzzi, sauna,fitness corner and table tennisare also provided for your enjoyment. From here access the large terrace leading to the pool as well as barbecue facilities with alfresco dining table. Welcome to Villa La Mer.With five bedrooms ten adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Two of the bedrooms each have a sofa making room for two more if needed.Located just 10km west of Dubrovnik, Zaton Bay is abundant in marvelous beaches with calm clear water. Plenty of restaurants and shops are available within walking distance. For a full experience of the area we invite you to visit infamous city Dubrovnik, which just may be the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast, for a good reason. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today it displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCOpedestrian onlycharming Old Town is enveloped in 10thcentury city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! High-end vacation!

This villa is amazing, pictures are beautiful but looks even better in real life. Klaudija was very helpful and responsive and Pero, the host was very friendly, helped us with our transfers to and from the airport and gave us a very warm welcome. Spacious rooms with stunning views, will hopefully be back one day.

From the moment we arrived to a champagne and strawberry reception to our departure, Pero and the property was amazing! A delicious Chef prepared dinner, Private boat tour, and our daily excursions ending with a dip in the hot tub. The location was perfect and the views stunning! His recommendations were top notch! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great stay!

Absolutely amazing!! The best long weekend spent with girlfriends. The villa is unbelievable- wow! The views are insane. Everyone had a great time - so much room! Highly recommend this place… quick drive into old town, also a lovely restaurant around the corner from Villa called restaurant Dandy - right on the water, definitely recommend!

If your looking for a beautiful, well equipped, fun but elegant villa for family or bunch of friends this really is your best option in Dubrovnik. It in bay of Zaton literally a 7-10 min drive from old town but let me tell you Zaton itself is a beautiful bay with amazing restaurants and I’m a foodie. This place is on the list to return too.

Great stay!

This villa is beautiful. We stayed here as a family of 7 and there was plenty of room. Everything was super clean and the beds were so large and very comfortable . The air conditioning was a godsend as there was a heatwave, even by Croatian standards. The view was incredible. We walked many times down to the bay, where there are many swimming spots and good restaurants. The supermarkets are a bit limited and quite expensive. Villa owner Pero was so easy to communicate with, he even offers private boat trips if you want. We loved our stay - would definitely return and most definitely recommend the villa to anyone.

No words can describe how amazing this place is. Beyond all expectations. The pictures are amazing but the reality is so much better. Everything was catered for, we asked for a bbq night which the owner sorted at a great cost, and nothing was too much to ask. The views are out of this world from every angle and every room. Location was great for a villa, supermarket and restaurant in walking distance, albeit a steep walk but it didn’t matter. Best place we’ve ever stayed and I will definitely be back if I’m lucky enough in the future!

Extraordinary journey!

Pero was a terrific host and arranged beautiful fruit basket, savoury snacks and welcome drink for us checking in and brought the check-in time forward and allowed us to leave luggage at the villa whilst the changeover clean was complete. We had an issue with drain in one of the en suites and he came along and resolve when we called. The only item that could be changed is purchase a hot tub rather than the lazy boy that’s located beside the pool. The villa is located in a peaceful area and the view is utterly stunning. Zaton is a beautiful quiet area with lovely walks and local restaurants and shops. Our group had a wonderful trip and would definitely return to the villa and area again.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

The villa was amazing and the view that it looks over picturesque. The villa was a short walk to the two restaurants and two small supermarkets near by. The owner/host Pero was very welcoming on our arrival and always contactable during our visit. Pero also arranged our taxis from and to the airport. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday Zaton is an ideal place. Klaudija our booking contact was very efficient and helpful.

This was an AMAZING find!! I was hesitant at first as there isn't many reviews but please don't let that stop you. This place was incredible and better than the pictures. The view from every room was breath taking. We met Peter the host on check in and he was lovely and helped us with any issues we had. Highly recommend. Thank you for an amazing stay

Major-league holiday!

Basically everything was ok, First day the wifi did not work. Rest of the staying works perfectly, One Door did not open, from sauna to the pool/shower, some problems with lock. Now i suppose it is ok. The bath and ping pong table should be at the pool. Too early check out.

What a stunning villa! If you are thinking about booking this villa do it!! Peter was absolutely excellent. He met us at the villa and explained everything. We were taken back by the stunning views and the surrounding area. The pictures don’t do it justice! Amazing, clean & beautiful. We were celebrating my daughters up & coming wedding and Peter had arranged everything we asked for. If you are looking for transfers by taxi to Dubrovnik Uber is the cheapest Also you have to visit Tata,s Burger & cocktail bar as the Burgers were outstanding. This villa is probably one of the most outstanding places we have stayed. We hope to return one day.

Could not recommend this villa enough. It is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and all the amenities you could want. The villa is even better than the photos and the host couldn’t have been more friendly, efficient and welcoming. He helped with local recommendations and an amazing speed boat trip. Every room has incredible views, the beds were comfortable, there’s plenty of outdoor seating and loungers. The pool and hot tub were pristine and the little added extras such as fruit on the dining table and a glass of bubbly as a welcome drink. It’s easy to get cabs from the villa. We used Ante who has a mini bus and was fantastic - he is available on Uber. We will definitely be returning. This was the most stunning place we have stayed.

Special place!

This villa is exceptionally well equipped, clean and spacious. Rooms are huge, furniture and fixtures modern and stylish. It is beautifully located with a simply stunning view. Pero, our host looked after us very well. He was particularly helpful when the air conditioning failed to work for 2 nights. Unfortunately this was on Saturday so the engineer was not able to fix it until Monday. It was very hot, so two guests had to sleep on the downstairs sofas for 2 nights. I understand this might have been caused by the nationwide power cut experienced a few days previously. Pero did all he could but it was pretty uncomfortable as it was very hot! Once mended we had no further issues. Zaton Mali is a nice port/bay with half a dozen restaurants, 2 stand outs for us were Orsan and Kasar. Uber works very well. Recommended.

Beautiful Villa!

This Villa is simply stunning! Bright & clean - overlooking the most amazing views. Everything is thought through - the pool & hot tub were amazing. Pero, the Villa Host greeted us with Prosecco, fresh fruit & croissants - which was very welcome after our early morning flight, he is incredibly helpful and is available to help make your stay amazing. We came to celebrate some special birthday milestones - the Villa was perfect for this! Cannot wait to rebook and come back again soon.

Amazing property

We spent 5 nights at this beautiful home. We were 5 couples each with our own bedroom and private bath. The owner Pero met us there on our arrival. The fridge was stocked with juice, beer, milk, etc. to get us started. There are spices, tea, coffee in the cupboard. He brought fresh figs, potato chips, pretzels and had champagne in the bucket to share a drink with us. Pero also arranged our transportation to and from the airport as well as another excursion. He was also very informative about the area. The view from every room in the house was spectacular. Restaurants and grocery store 5 minute walk down the hill. We were absolutely thrilled to have found this home on VRBO

Excellent family house.

Peter was a very responsive and helpful manager both before we arrived and during our stay. The house and pool were perfect for our large family with 4 children under 7 years. The layout allows easy close supervision of the children in the pool . The area is beautiful and unspoilt. We had some great boat trips. Could have used a couple more umbrellas for shade and the road to be crossed to the sea is a bit hair raising We would definitely go back. Thank you. Eileen Gallagher
