We have stayed in the area many times, but this was the first time at Heaven's Gate and we LOVED it. It was perfect for our family. The view was beautiful and we loved being away from the busy-ness, but close enough to drive to everything when we wanted to. The kids and adults enjoyed the arcade games. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking trails. The host was helpful and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend and we would stay here again!

Amazing views and quiet location

This cabin has amazing views and felt very secluded even though we were only ~25 min from Gatlinburg. It was very comfortable for 2 couples and we really enjoyed our time there!!

Breath taking

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Kolton was such an amazing host and this property will definitely be one we come back to every year we come. The veiw was just magical. 💙 it was perfect for my family! And the hot tub was amazing!

Weekend Getaway

Went up to East Gatlinburg to get away from Atlanta with some friends. Kolton was an amazing host and the house was perfect for the 4 of us. The hot tub was a definite perk, especially with our last day being snowed in. We definitely recommend staying here!

Heaven's Gate Gatlinburg

Labor Day trip

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It was wonderful each time! Great views from the porch! The property was clean and tidy. Our host consistently communicated with us during our entire stay and helped with anything we needed!

Responsiveness of the owner was amazing. Views were amazing, HotTub and amenities were great.Grill: NOT gas grill, it's a charcoal park grill in the ground.Drive is very steep and road up needs guardrails, and 4 wheel drive is recommended in cold weather.Owner was responsive and amazing.

PERFECT

We had an amazing stay! The cabin was exactly like the pictures showed as well as being clean and in a perfect location for some beautiful scenery! The host was very quick to respond on a couple of questions that I had. Oh, and when we first arrived, we saw a momma bear and her three cubs which was cool!! I would definitely stay there again!!

Gatlinburg Bliss

The cabin was exactly what someone would want when visiting Gatlinburg. Perfect location not to far from town but far enough to feel like you’re in total solitude. Pics don't do this place justice. The views of the Smokey Mountains is the BEST around. The hot tub was amazing. Great for star gazing. Close to everything. Beautiful new appliances. We hope to return next year!!

What a beautiful cabin. The owners were the nicest people I’ve dealt with online. The owls at night was magical memories. The night sky was also a magical view from the deck. We will go no where else when coming to the Smoky’s. Thank you guys so much. ❤️

Great Cabin with Fantastic Mountain View!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It was super clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. The deck with hot tub has the most beautiful mountain view. It feels like they are in your backyard! This was our first time staying in this area of the Smokies and won’t be our last. It was very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this cabin!

A little piece of heaven

We loved the cabin, it was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The views were spectacular. On the drive up the mountain we saw a black bear and an eagle. The hot tub was an added bonus which we loved after hiking all day. The cabin has a grill so we were able to cook several meals and not have to go out all the time. My son 14 enjoyed the game room. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer available too. The host is very responsive to messages as well. We would definitely stay again.

Heaven's Gate

We had a great time at the Heaven's Gate. The cabin is beautiful and in a great location. The views are amazing!! We didn't have any issues during our stay. Everything was just as described. Kolton, our host was very easy to work with. He checked on us to make sure everything was going well with our stay. We will definitely be renting Heaven's Gate in the future. Mountain Stay

Everything was exactly the way the pictures show! We was outside in 20 degree weather and the hot tub was perfect. The beds are comfortable. The view is Amazing! Saw 5 bear on the way up to the cabin. Mama bear and 4 cubs. The host is very responsive if you have any questions. He answers them right away! Check in and out is very easy! My sisters and I enjoyed our stay! Thank you Kolten! You have a beautiful cabin with such Amazing views!

Great Time - Awesome

The location is perfect, high up the mountain. Every feature as described and immaculate. It has everything you will need. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped to cook anything. We highly recommend it if you would love a quiet and relaxing getaway for the family. Host Kolton is a 5-star host. He makes sure you are happy and at service if you need him. The view was absolutely incredible with great views of the sunrise and sunset from the front porch. We were lucky to have a full moon with a lot of stars in the sky during our stay. The other awesome part we got a visit by three bears one early morning in the driveway. My wife wanted to see some bears and we didn’t even have to go out looking, just stayed and watched from the window. We also got to see some snow at Clingmans Dome. My favorite part was the fireplace and hot tub. This place will really spoil you. We thank you Kolton for offering such a wonderful place.

Beautiful home and view

This property is wonderful! I will admit that the first time driving up to it was a little scary since I’d never driven in the mountains before, but it was no big deal after that. We even saw a mama bear and 3 cubs on the drive down one morning. So cool! The house itself is very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to make any meal you might want to try. The appliances were clean and modern. The beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck, which was clean and hot when we arrived. The game room was fun for my husband and kids. The host checked in with us regularly to make sure we didn’t need anything or have any problems and was quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the booking process and during our stay. The view is amazing!!! The pictures do not do it justice, it’s even better in person. The community pools are well maintained and the kids very much enjoyed them. The location was great. Close enough to the national park and Gatlinburg for an easy drive, but far enough away for it to be quiet and secluded. I would highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!
