THE PROPERTY WAS BUILT IN 2005 WITH RISER STANDARD THERE ARE 3 FLOORS PLUS ATICO. THE ENTRANCE AND STAIRWAY ARE PARTLY DRESSED WITH MARBLE. THERE IS A LOW GARAGE WITH PLACE AND LIFT UP TO THE APARTMENT HIGH. BEFORE THE ENTRANCE IS A SMALL PARK WITH VIEWS TO THE BEACH AND IN THE MOUNTAINS. THE BUS STATION AS WELL AS THE WHEEL RENTAL STATION IS VERY CLOSE TO THE OBJECT. WHEEL AND HIKING ROUTES ARE AROUND THE CORNER. THE CENTER AND TRAIN STATION AND SUPERMARKET RESTAURANT ARE ONLY 300 METERS. GOLF COURSE AND MOTORWAY ARE 4 KM.

Home from home

This is not any ordinary holiday apartment,it is a home in every sense of the word and has all the creature comforts that a home provides.Got to be the best we have stayed at.The description of the property is accurate except one is given the impression that the balcony faces the sea when in fact it is at the rear....Franz (the owner) is extremely helpful and likeable.He also owns the Der Osterreicher restaurant on the esplanade which is well worth a visit and staffed by members of the family

Todo perfecto , casa estupenda ,amplia y confortable, una experiencia magnífica

Una semana estupenda, Frank un anfitrión súper amable, preciosa la casa y grande, la playa tranquila y limpia, la ubicación de la casa muy cerca de la playa. Un placer veranear en Altea , repetiremos sin duda, recomendable 💯 por 💯. Y en el restaurante de frank comimos y amabilidad absoluta, toda la comida muy rica y los postres riquísimos, muchas gracias .

La casa es grande más q suficiente para cuatro. Con a/a en estancias principales y cocina amplia.

La playa es incómoda y los alquileres de hamacas lo saben, xro gracias a eso, no está masificada y el agua es clara y limpia. Hay una variedad increíble de restaurantes de altísima calidad (encantados en cuanto a esto) y la parte de la iglesia es preciosa. Recomiendo ir de noche y asomarse a los miradores. Sin duda, el pueblo más bonito de la zona, xro con mucha diferencia. Franz es un hombre amable, y si falta algo no duda en remediarlo. En su bar nos trataron de forma muy agradable, a los niños les gustó mucho. Experiencia muy recomendable.

Piacevole

L'appartamento è vicino al mare: si esce, si attraversa la strada e ci si trova in una delle spiagge con sassi di Altea. La sera hai diversi ristoranti, lungo mare con locali e possibilità di andare a piedi ad Altea vecchia molto carina con diversi locali e negozi. L'appartamento è spazioso, completo di tutto e ben curato. Nella camera padronale il bagno è nella stanza. Ci sono molti armadi. L'appartamento è in un condominio con ascensore e con parcheggio auto. Possibilità di portare cani di piccola taglia che noi ne abbiamo uno. Proprietario presente e disponibile. Avevamo avuto un problema che ha risolto subito.

Appartement impeccable

L'appartement est parfait. Spacieux, confortable, très propre, il est proche de toutes les commodités et de la mer. Petit détail, il n'a pas la vue sur la mer. La situation de ce logement permet la visite de la région qui est superbe. Merci beaucoup à Franz et à son épouse pour leur écoute et leur accueil chaleureux. Great location, well kitted out apartment

Franz, the owner, met us at the apartment, gave us the keys and a quick tour - He is very helpful and always e-mailed back quickly with any questions we had. The apartment is large, everything works and is of good quality, with a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and was ideal for the two of us. There is a private car park under the block as well if you are driving. Close to the sea front and restaurants, two minutes walk from the bus stop and five minutes walk from the train station and supermarket. Perfect location for us with everything close to hand. One thing to note, the balcony is actually at the back of the apartment block and not overlooking the park at the front as the photos suggest. We travel to Spain regularly to visit family although this is the first time we have stayed in Altea (usually we are in Albir, just down the road). We will be staying in Altea again as it was a very successful holiday and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Gezellig en prima gelegen groot appartement.

Dit grote appartement, 200 mtr van de promenade is gezellig ingericht. Wij waren met 2 personen. Ieder een eigen slaapkamer en badkamer. LUXE. Jammer dat we niet persoonlijk van de verhuurder Franz Haubiz afscheid konden nemen, Zijn vlucht terug was gecanceld , maar we konden fijn tot onze shuttle kwam (17.00 uur) in de woning blijven. FRANZ, Herzichlichen Dank dafür. De woning is een aanrader. Van alle gemakken voorzien, incl. wasmachine/droger/strijkplank en strijkijzer. Goede WIFI. DANKE FRANZ. Un saludo. Herr/Frau Scheepers.
