Dear guests, our apartment is 60m² in size and offers optimal comfort for 6 people. The apartment is located in a Jugendstillhaus and has been completely renovated. The floor is laid with parquet tiles.

Both bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds, which can be converted into double beds in no time at all. From bedroom 1 there is direct access to the cloakroom.
The living room offers 2 additional sleeping options, there is also a dining table with 6 comfortable seats.
In the apartment there is a very nice bathroom with a window, a semicircular shower, a towel warmer and a large mirror.

Great Location to explore nice quarters of Hamburg

We are a family of 2 adults, 2 children (9+4) and were very happy with our stay there. You can park your car for an ok-price in the Messe parking lots with a ca. 15min walk away. The appartment was clean, organized well and the landlords were very helpful and responsive

Lovely stay 😄 n Hamburg

Lovely ground floor apartment. Excellent cleanliness. Very quiet street. Easy walking distance from city centre (about 20/30 minutes). Very near 2 U-bahn stations. Owners answered queries very quickly. Vety highly recommended. I would certainly stay there again. Definitely 5 stars

Es ist eine tolle Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind hart, was uns allen entgegen kam. Der Einsatz der Vermieterin war unglaublich. Ich hatte bis 2 Tage vor Anreise verschusselt, nach einem Parkplatz zu fragen. Trotz der Kürze der Zeit hat sie uns noch einen Parkausweis besorgt, so dass eir vor der Türe parken konnten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung war super gemütlich. Die kleine Toilette ist echt klein und für die Jungs ein bisschen eng. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Lage war sehr schön.

Wir waren drei Nächte zu zweit in dieser Fewo und haben sie wegen der zwei Schlafzimmer und der perfekten Lage gebucht.Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, und die ganze Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Nur eben über eine große Straßenkreuzung und man steht im schönen Planten un Blomen. Von dort aus erreicht man auf herrlich grünen Pfaden die Innenstadt sowie auch die Landungsbrücken. Für letzteres sollte man aber einigermaßen gut zu Fuß sein.Die U- und S-Bahn Stationen Sternschanze und Schlump sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Ein kleiner Tipp für Hamburgbesucher: Die HVV App fand ich sehr hilfreich, und unsere Tagestickets konnten wir einfach online dort kaufen. Wir können diese Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Sehr saubere Wohnung! Für mich persönlich waren die Matratzen leider zu hart. Hat jemand gern eine harte Liegestatt, wären sie ideal. Ansonsten alles gut!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, aber am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist somit sehr ruhig. 50 m jenseits davon geht allerdings eine vierspurige Straße entlang. Ist aber kaum zu hören. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung ebenerdig, also gut für Leute, die vielleicht Probleme mit Treppen haben. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin war 1A. Sie war immer ansprechbar und auskunftsbereit. Übrigens : Ganz in der Nähe liegt der wunderschöne Park zum Erholen "Planten un Blomen".

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage nahe Zentrum

Eine schöne Wohnung nicht weit vom Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. S- und U-BAhn nicht weit weg. Der schöne Park Planten un Blomen direkt nebenan. Sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren einfach zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen tolle Zeit.

Schöne Altbauwohnung in Messenähe

Ideale Wohnung für 4 Personen (geht auch mit 6 Personen - aber dann nur mit Schlafsofa) in Messenähe. Sehr geräumig, mit hohen Decken. Gute Küche, vollkommen ausreichend für eine Ferienwohnung. Moderes und sauberes Bad mit Fenster. Zweite kleine Toilette. Das Haus selber ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Es liegt aber in der Nähe einer der Hauptstraßen, wo Nachts auch mal die wilde Jugend vorbei fährt. Die Fenster zur Straße hin sollte man ggf. geschlossen lassen Nachts (sie dämmen aber sehr gut). Es gibt eine klassische Kneipe in der Nähe mit Publikum. Wir waren bis jetzt 2x in der Wohnung und es gab nie Probleme mit den Kneipenbesuchern - aber "es soll erwähnt werden". Die Wohnung ist in ca. 12min Fußlaufnähe zum Bahnhof Dammtor.
