Charming renovated house a stone's throw from the beach – Calm, comfort and nature

Welcome to this beautiful house completely renovated, located at the end of a dead end, quiet, with easy parking. Only 400 metres from the beach, it offers a peaceful setting, close to a nature reserve home to many species of birds and 6 km from the Castro Marim golf course.

The house has all modern comforts: air conditioning upstairs, microwave, kettle and electric coffee maker. It opens onto a spacious living room with open kitchen, a large bedroom on the ground floor, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A second bedroom on the mezzanine is accessible by a staircase (note: access is not recommended for young children and people with reduced mobility due to the high ceilings and steps). The sofa in the living room can also be transformed into a double bed.

Outside, enjoy a private courtyard with barbecue, ideal for your outdoor dining.

Local shops are within easy reach: bar, restaurant and supermarket 150 m away. Looking for a getaway? Embark on the boat to Ayamonte (Spain) and discover its famous tapas!

logement idéalement placé ( plage à 400m ) très calme, propre et bien équipé. Seul petit bémol interdiction de jeter le papier toilette dans les wc ( pas de tout à l'égout) et pas de grille pain (malgré notre demande), la chambre principale n'a pas de fenêtre ( jute un petit velux ) sinon l'annonce correspond à la réalité.

Magdalena a ete très gentille et comprehensive car nous sommes arrivés plus tot que prévu dans la journée ,mais la maison était impeccable a la reception rien a redire, la proximité de la plage par la pinede nous a enchanté, tres agreable, et cette maison est vraiment a recommander.
