A brand new villa with pool, only 500 meters from the beach, with beautiful views, in a quiet area.

In the village of Pinezići on the island of Krk, 500 meters from the sea and the beach, there is the newly built Villa Lara. This villa is 140 m2 and includes three bedrooms.
The ground floor has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a bathroom and a Schlafzimer with Toilete. From the living room you can access a covered terrace with seating, and barbecue. Next to the terrace is a pool of 30 m2 with sun deck where you can enjoy their time with family and friends.
Upstairs the villa offers two bedrooms with double beds, each with private bath. The living room has a Schlafasoffa, so that the house can accommodate a total of up to 8 people. Each room has TV. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea; Villa is fully air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi.
The villa is very good and quiet area, surrounded by beautiful nature,
at the same time close to the beach, restaurants and shops, and offers everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Das Objekt ist noch besser wie im Internet dargestellt werden kann, Super sauber, erstklassig gepflegt und toll eingerichtet. Wir haben schon unseren 2. Urlaub dort verbracht und sind immer wieder begeistert.

Best stay on the Adriatic Coast

This is an absolutely stunning property! The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. We could not stop commenting how we constantly felt that every little detail was exactly how it should be. An amazing experience. The pool is beautiful too - super clean and just perfect. As an added bonus that we were actually not aware of, there is a large trampoline as well! Our kids **loved** the pool+trampoline combo!!!! There is a nice beach just a short walk away. The house is surrounded by low-growth forest and a little bit secluded, which makes it nice and quite. Despite of that, there is a corner store just a short walk away, and a few big grocery stores in the town of Krk a short drive away. We had amazing time at this property, and are already thinking about booking it again in the future. Highly recommended!!!!

Perfekter Urlaub!

Der Urlaub war rundum gelungen! Angefangen von der Kommunikation mit der Agentur, über den Check-in bei unserer lieben Vermieterin Anita, bis hin zum Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet, es war tiptop sauber und mit sämtlichen Hygieneartikeln ausgestattet, um sich auch zur Coronazeit ausreichend sicher zu fühlen. Der Pool war einfach toll und der morgendliche Blick aufs Meer unbezahlbar. Wir hatten einen grandiosen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Traumhaftes Haus

Ich kann nur sage : das ist das beste was uns je passiert ist. Angefangen von der Besten Vermieterin über ein traumhaftes, sehr sauberes Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand . Herrlich! Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten.

Sehr nette Vermieterin und übertroffene Erwartung der Villa Laura

Die Villa Laura ist in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir waren zu fünft dort und haben eine entspannte Woche dort verbracht. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und stand für alle Fragen zu verfügung. In der Villa entdeckten wir nach Ankunft viele schöne Dinge, die wir auf den Bildern garnicht wahr genommen hatten.

Hervorragend ausgestattete Villa in super Lage!

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub, es hat alles gepasst! Pool, Grill Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten sowie das schön angelegte Grundstück ein Traum...das Haus ist durchdacht gebaut worden... Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, alles sauber...Lage zum Dorf 200m in den nächsten Supermarkt. Sehr liebe und aufmerksame Vermieterin! Das einzige was etwas störte, waren die Bauarbeiten am übernächsten Grundstück, da wurde 6 Tage die Woche ab 7:30 Uhr bis 17 Uhr Steine geschnitten, gesägt und gehämmert. Das hallte sehr extrem sogar die Arbeiter hörte man reden, obwohl das alles ca. 100m weg war! Aber diese Häuser sind im Frühjahr 2019 bezugsfertig und dann ist alles wieder ruhig...

Total schönes Haus, super Einrichtung, Pool perfekt

Es gibt eigentlich nichts was nicht schön war. Total freundliche Eigentümerin die jederzeit erreichbar und mit allem hilfsbereit ist. Top! Man muss natürlich wissen dass Pinecizi ein kleines Dorf ist, es gibt zwar alles was man braucht im Markt um die Ecke aber man braucht für Strand etc. schon ein Auto. Der naheliegende Strand hat uns nicht zugesagt aber das ist Geschmacksache, denn er war gut besucht von Einheimischen als auch Touristen.

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Es ist liebevoll und mit Geschmack eingerichtet.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Unsere Erwartungen vom Haus wurden erfüllt, sie wurden sogar übertroffen... Es ist wirklich alles so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Badebucht ist nicht weit weg und hat eine sehr schöne Strandbar, an der man schöne Sonnenuntergänge erleben kann. Im Ort gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte, in denen man alles bekommt. Aber es lohnt sich die Insel mit dem Auto zu erkunden... es gibt viele schöne kleine Buchten und wirklich schöne Städte. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, sehr sehr Gastfreundlich. Es war rundum ein schöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder. Es ist nur zu empfehlen.

Perfekte Villa in wunderschöner Umgebung

Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer haben bequeme Betten und super tolle Bäder. In der Küche und im Außenbereich hat es an nichts gefehlt. Nach unseren Ausflügen auf der schönen Insel Krk, haben wir ganz besonders den Pool genossen. Am Abend dann draußen zu sitzen und bei einem Glas Wein die Stille zu genießen war einfach ein Traum. Anita, die Hausbesitzerin war sehr freundlich, man merkt, dass ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Vielen Dank nochmal für die Geburtstagsüberraschung, das hat uns sehr gefreut.

Wunderschönes Haus, es fehlt wirklich an garnichts, hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl!

Diese Haus ist sehr gepflegt, liegt ruhig nicht weit von einer sehr schönen Badebucht mit einer tollen Strandbar. Wir haben alles sehr genossen! Im Ort kann man alles an Lebensmitteln u. Getränke einkaufen. Größere Supermärkte gibt es in Krk. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich u. stehen einem für alles zu Verfügung, sehr sehr Gastfreundlich. Unser Urlaub war ein voller Erfolg und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Tolles Haus bei leider schlechten Wetter

Es handelt sich um ein wirklich tolles Haus. Auch die Besitzerin ist sehr nett. Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aber dafür kann ja die Besitzerin nichts.

Fantastic villa with everything you could want, nice pool, good size, well equipped, good views

We stayed as a family of 4. The villa is lovely. We were welcomed by the owner Anita who could not have been more friendly and welcoming and her little dog Max is a delight! The villa has 3 good sized bedrooms all with ensuite and TV and could easily sleep 3 couples + babies. The pool is very nice and clean, with good sunbeds, there is also a place to sit in the shade and dining table with benches. The built in BBQ has a sink next to it which is very handy. The two upstairs bedroom lead onto a balcony which has super views of Cres. Inside the lounge has hi-fi, TV and lots of seating. There is also a dining table inside with seating for 8 and a baby high chair. There are some games in the cupboard. The kitchen is well equipped, lots of glasses, plates etc, an oven and electric hob, modern fridge with ice marker and water dispenser. There is no microwave but there is no need for on either! The villa is well located for Rijeka airport only about 30 mins away by car. You can walk to the beach - about 20 mins from the harbour - and there are a two bars and a place for pizza and snacks there - we went 3 times in the week and were not disappointed. There is also a restaurant at another place on the main road called Tonivale. There a 2 small supermarkets in the village so you could stay here and never need a car but if you want to export Krk a car is needed. Great villa and Croatia for us was lovey.

So stelle ich mir ein sympatisches 5-Sterne Ferienhaus vor! Besser geht es nicht. Weiter so!

Sorry, es klingt vielleicht nicht objektiv, aber hier gab es nichts, rein gar nichts auszusetzen: geschmackvoll gebautes großzügiges Haus mit Vollausstattung, Meerblick und zu Fuß zum Strand mit super Strandbars. Vermieterin sehr nett. Alles neu.

Lovely house

We had such a splendid week i Villa Laura. The house is so beautiful, even nicer than in the photos, nicely decorated and well equipped. We enjoyed going to the beach in the morning, a nice stroll, eating at the beach bar and coming back to relax by the pool in the afternoon. We would really love to come back!

Perfekte Unterkunft mit super Eigentümerin / Gastgeberin

Super schönes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man zu einem erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus war sehr sauber üben toll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und an einer tollen Strandbar / einem Strand gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es innerhalb weniger Minuten - wenn man mehr Auswahl benötigt sind es maximal 15 Minuten zum großen Supermarkt. Wir hatten eine unglaublich tolle Zeit. Danke dafür und ein größeres Dankeschön an die Vermieterin.
