Nestled just 300 metres from the Boucholeurs beach, this modern 48m² house is a true cocoon for a couple's stay by the ocean. Enjoy a tree-lined garden, a pleasant terrace and a bright interior, ideal for recharging in Barbâtre, on the island of Noirmoutier.



The house, tastefully decorated in a modern and warm style, welcomes you through a small path leading to a wooden terrace.

Outside, enjoy a fenced and tree-lined garden, perfect for relaxing in the sun or sharing a meal outdoors. Sunbeds, a table, chairs, and a fire pit are available for you to enjoy delicious barbecues outside.



As soon as you enter the house, you access a beautiful living space consisting of a lounge/dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. In the lounge area, a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a television invite you to relax after your long days of walking or beach activities. Next to it, a table for 2 will allow you to share your meals.



The open kitchen provides you with everything you need: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee makers (filter and Nespresso), toaster, and all the utensils you might need. Just beside it, a table for 2 will allow you to enjoy your meals in a friendly atmosphere, taking advantage of the view of the wooded garden.



On the sleeping side, a comfortable bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) awaits you on the right at the back of the room. The bathroom, located opposite, is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. Separate toilets complete the house.



For added convenience, you will also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the house. Although there is no assigned parking space for the accommodation, you will find free parking spaces on the street, a few metres from the house.



* The television is functional however it does not currently have a connection to TV channels. You can simply use it by connecting a device (computer, game console, DVD player...) if you have one with you.
